Pontis Engineering B.V. (hierna Pontis) is een ambitieus en groeiend bedrijf dat wereldwijd acteert in de snel groeiende industrie van Composiet Producten. Uit een eerder uitgevoerde organisatiescan is naar voren gekomen dat werknemers het fijn vinden om voor Pontis te werken maar dat communicatielijnen, aansturing, arbeidsvoorwaarden, ontwikkelmogelijkheden en coaching voor velen onvoldoende duidelijk is. Met name de werknemers die veel naar het buitenland reizen, missen het contact met het bedrijf, inzicht in hun arbeidsvoorwaarden en aansturing op hun ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Pontis wil graag haar huidige werknemers aan zich blijven binden en aantrekkelijk zijn voor nieuwe werknemers. Dit wil Pontis bereiken door werknemers meer gelegenheid te geven om vooruit te denken en ontwikkelmogelijkheden te bieden die bijdragen aan hun bredere employability en voldoening binnen de functie. Extern adviesbureau Personalberatung.nl ondersteunt en begeleidt Pontis in dit proces. Er wordt een gesprekscyclus met werknemers opgezet om (persoonlijke) ambities en groeimogelijkheden in kaart te brengen en te matchen aan de ambities van Pontis. Daarnaast worden groeipaden gedefinieerd in het personeelshandboek en wordt het concept van ‘Persoonlijk Ontwikkel Plan’ voor leidinggevende alsook werknemer verder vorm gegeven. (Dutch)

Pontis Engineering B.V. (hereinafter Pontis) is an ambitious and growing company that acts worldwide in the rapidly growing industry of Composite Products. A previously carried out organisation scan has shown that employees enjoy working for Pontis but that communication lines, guidance, working conditions, development opportunities and coaching are not sufficiently clear to many. In particular, workers travelling abroad lack contact with the company, insight into their working conditions and guidance on their development opportunities. Pontis is keen to continue to commit its current employees and to be attractive to new employees. Pontis aims to achieve this by giving employees more opportunity to think ahead and provide development opportunities that contribute to their wider employability and fulfillment within the job. External consultancy Personalberatung.nl supports and guides Pontis in this process. A discussion cycle with employees is set up to identify (personal) ambitions and growth opportunities and to match Pontis’ ambitions. In addition, growth paths are defined in the Staff Manual and the concept of ‘Personal Development Plan’ for manager and employee is further developed. (English)

Pontis Engineering B.V. (ci-après Pontis) est une entreprise ambitieuse et en pleine croissance qui agit dans le monde entier dans l’industrie en croissance rapide des produits composites. Une analyse organisationnelle effectuée précédemment a montré que les employés aiment travailler pour Pontis, mais que les lignes de communication, l’orientation, les conditions de travail, les possibilités de développement et le coaching ne sont pas suffisamment clairs pour beaucoup. En particulier, les travailleurs voyageant à l’étranger n’ont pas de contact avec l’entreprise, n’ont pas connaissance de leurs conditions de travail et n’ont pas de conseils sur leurs possibilités de développement. Pontis tient à continuer à engager ses collaborateurs actuels et à être attrayant pour les nouveaux employés. Pontis vise à y parvenir en donnant aux employés plus d’occasions de réfléchir à l’avenir et en leur offrant des possibilités de développement qui contribuent à leur employabilité et à leur épanouissement au sein de leur emploi. Personalberatung.nl soutient et guide Pontis dans ce processus. Un cycle de discussion avec les collaborateurs est mis en place pour identifier les ambitions (personnelles) et les opportunités de croissance et pour correspondre aux ambitions de Pontis. En outre, les trajectoires de croissance sont définies dans le manuel du personnel et le concept de «plan de développement personnel» pour les gestionnaires et les employés est développé. (French)
