Begra Magazijninrichting B.V. heeft de afgelopen jaren een sterke groei door gemaakt. Vanuit het Europees Sociaal Fonds (ESF) krijgen wij de mogelijkheid om middels een subsidie een externe adviseur in te schakelen om ons personeelsbeleid te optimaliseren. In 2016 zijn wij met behulp van deze subsidie gestart onder begeleiding van een externe partij om meer aandacht te geven aan ons personeelsbeleid om onze sterke groei op te vangen. In 2017 gaan we door met dit project via ESF om te zorgen dat we onze medewerkers productief, gemotiveerd en gezond houden en hen in staat te stellen zich tot hun pensionering te blijven ontwikkelen. Wij maken graag gebruik van deze subsidie om onze medewerkers zichzelf te laten ontwikkelen, zodat zij zich kunnen blijven aanpassen aan de veranderende vraag van de arbeidsmarkt. (Dutch)

Begra Warehouse B.V. has experienced a strong growth in recent years. From the European Social Fund (ESF) we have the opportunity to use a grant to use an external consultant to optimise our human resources policy. In 2016 we started this grant with the help of an external party to pay more attention to our human resources policy to cope with our strong growth. In 2017, we will continue this project through ESF to ensure that we keep our employees productive, motivated and healthy and enable them to continue to develop until retirement. We are happy to use this subsidy to allow our employees to develop themselves, so that they can continue to adapt to the changing demands of the labour market. (English)

Begra Warehouse B.V. a connu une forte croissance ces dernières années. Du Fonds social européen (FSE), nous avons la possibilité d’utiliser une subvention pour faire appel à un consultant externe pour optimiser notre politique des ressources humaines. En 2016, nous avons commencé cette subvention avec l’aide d’un parti extérieur pour accorder plus d’attention à notre politique des ressources humaines pour faire face à notre forte croissance. En 2017, nous poursuivrons ce projet par l’intermédiaire du FSE afin de veiller à ce que nos employés restent productifs, motivés et en bonne santé et qu’ils puissent continuer à se développer jusqu’à la retraite. Nous sommes heureux d’utiliser cette subvention pour permettre à nos employés de se développer, afin qu’ils puissent continuer à s’adapter aux exigences changeantes du marché du travail. (French)
