Voor de RUD NHN is kennis, inzicht, gedrag en vaardigheid van onze medewerkers de spil van onze dienstverlening. Omdat ook de opdrachtgevers (de Noord-Hollandse gemeenten) aan ons vragen om te voldoen aan de kwaliteitscriteria 2.1 hebben wij al veel geinvesteerd in opleidng en ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers. Onze ambitie is dat zij ook in de toekomst blijvend te voldoen aan deze landelijk geldende criteria. Het project Blijven(d) voldoen sluit naadloos aan bij deze behoefte. Mede dankzij de ESF-subsidie kan dit project uitgevoerd worden. (Dutch)

For the RUD NHN, knowledge, insight, behaviour and skill of our employees are at the heart of our services. Because the clients (the North Holland municipalities) also ask us to meet the quality criteria 2.1 we have already invested a lot in training and development of our employees. Our ambition is that they will continue to meet these nationally applicable criteria in the future. The project Continuing (d) meets this need seamlessly. Thanks to the ESF grant, this project can be implemented. (English)
