Samen naar een duurzame en veilige werkomgeving. Houthandel Albert van der Horst wil flinke stappen voorwaarts maken nu de crisisjaren voorbij zijn. Onze aandacht gaat daarbij vooral uit naar de medewerkers. Door samen met Ondernemersportaal Phylum een adviesproject te starten gericht op het veiliger en duurzamer inrichten van de werkomgeving. Het (her)inrichten van de taken en functies binnen de organisatie en een goed georganiseerde gesprek- en overlegstructuur in te voeren in de organisatie .
