    Communicatie wordt een steeds belangrijker goed in de wereld van vandaag. De manier van communiceren is flink aan het veranderen door de komst van online. De manier waarop men online communiceert verschilt behoorlijk van de meer traditionele manieren van communiceren. De barrière van oogcontact en directe reactie zonder veel tijd te hebben om na te denken over een reactie is veranderd. Middels dit project zal de externe adviseur KEEP Company Coaching de medewerkers begeleiden en coachen in het communiceren met anderen en daarmee de zelfredzaamheid in deze flink veranderende wereld verhogen. Medewerkers leren om feedback te geven aan elkaar en elkaar te verbeteren in communicatie. Werkstress zal afnemen omdat escalaties kunnen worden voorkomen. De doelstelling van dit project is het verduurzamen van de individuele medewerker door hen mondiger te maken en beter en duidelijker te laten communiceren en het verhogen van zelfredzaamheid in communicatie, zowel op zakelijk vlak als privé.     Communication is becoming an increasingly important asset in today’s world. The way of communicating is changing considerably with the advent of online. The way one communicates online is quite different from the more traditional ways of communicating. The barrier of eye contact and direct response without having much time to think about a reaction has changed. Through this project, the external advisor KEEP Company Coaching will guide and coach the employees in communicating with others and thereby increase self-reliance in this significantly changing world. Employees learn to give feedback to each other and improve each other in communication. Work stress will decrease because escalations can be prevented. The objective of this project is to make the individual employee more sustainable by empowering and communicating better and clearer and by increasing self-reliance in communication, both in business and private terms.
