    Duvast wil graag inzicht in de duurzame inzetbaarheid van zijn medewerkers om een leercultuur te bevorderen. Door middel van een organisatie scan krijgt Duvast zijn huidige vertrekpunt in beeld en ontvangt handvatten om ontwikkeling van medewerkers richting de toekomst vorm te geven. Belangrijk daarbij is dat medewerkers zelfsturing krijgen over hun carrière en dat competentieontwikkeling naast kennis ene pijler van ontwikkeling richting leercultuur wordt tezamen met het stimuleren van de interne (kennis)uitwisseling.
