    RPS Analyse BV vindt de duurzame inzetbaarheid van zijn medewerkers belangrijk. Het duurzaaminzetbaarheidsprogramma is erop gericht om eigen regie te stimuleren in het duurzaam inzetbaar blijven voor de huidige en toekomstige taken binnen RPS Analyse. In dit project wil RPS urgentie kweken bij de medewerkers om te werken aan hun eigen duurzame inzetbaarheid. Inzicht krijgen hoe RPS Analyse hierin kan ondersteunen met interventies. Leidinggevenden bagage meegeven om duurzame inzetbaarheid bespreekbaar te maken bij hun medewerkers. Door zowel op team, individueel als leidinggevende niveau workshops aan te bieden willen wij het duurzaaminzetbaarheidsprogramma laten gedijen en medewerkers bewust maken van hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid om te werken aan zijn of haar fit for the job, nu en in de toekomst.     RPS Analyse BV considers the sustainable employability of its employees important. The Sustainable Employability Programme aims to stimulate self-direction in maintaining sustainable deployment for the current and future tasks within RPS Analysis. In this project, RPS aims to create urgency for the employees to work on their own sustainable employability. Understand how RPS Analysis can support this with interventions. Managers give luggage to make sustainable employability negotiable with their employees. By offering workshops at team, individual and managerial level, we want to make the sustainable employability program thrive and make employees aware of their own responsibility to work on his or her fit for the job, now and in the future.
