In de afgelopen 2 jaar heeft Installatiebureau Pals BV uit Hooge Zwaluwe een forse groei doorgemaakt, zowel in aantal klanten, vakdisciplines als werkzame personen. Wij, Jack Pals en Jesper Mertens, vinden het belangrijk dat zowel de klant- als ook de medewerkerstevredenheid op een hoog niveau blijft. Immers tevreden medewerkers zorgen voor tevreden klanten. En andersom. In onze branche zijn de techniek en de toepassingsmogelijkheden continu in ontwikkeling. Om onze klanten optimaal te kunnen adviseren en van dienst te kunnen zijn, vinden wij het belangrijk om voorop te blijven lopen bij de technische mogelijkheden en met een team van 35 enthousiaste en deskundige medewerkers. Doordat ons bedrijf groter is geworden, ontstaat er ruimte voor medewerkers om zich verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien naar nieuwe functies en het ondernemerschap. Om onze medewerkers zo lang en zo goed mogelijk werkzaam te laten blijven bij Installatiebureau Pals BV hebben we besloten om hiervoor het project “Duurzaam inzetbare Pals medewerkers” op te starten en ons daarbij te laten adviseren en begeleiden door een externe deskundige. Het is voor ons noodzakelijk dat Installatiebureau Pals BV de volgende stap in de doorontwikkeling zet. Dit kunnen wij niet zelf. Wij laten ons daarbij begeleiden door een externe deskundige die al bekend is met ons bedrijf. Wij hebben er veel vertrouwen in dat onze duurzaam inzetbare medewerkers zich zo lang, gezond, gemotiveerd en productief mogelijk in blijven zetten voor ons bedrijf en voor de klanten. (Dutch)

In the past 2 years Installatiebureau Pals BV from Hooge Zwaluwe has experienced a significant growth, both in number of customers, professional disciplines and employees. We, Jack Pals and Jesper Mertens, consider it important that both customer and employee satisfaction remains at a high level. After all, satisfied employees ensure satisfied customers. And the other way around. In our industry, the technology and application possibilities are constantly evolving. In order to be able to provide optimal advice and service to our customers, we believe it is important to continue to be at the forefront of the technical possibilities and with a team of 35 enthusiastic and expert employees. As our company has grown, there is room for employees to further develop and grow into new functions and entrepreneurship. In order to keep our employees working as long as possible at Installatiebureau Pals BV, we have decided to start the project “Sustainably deployable Pals employees” and have us advised and supervised by an external expert. We need Installatiebureau Pals BV to take the next step in the further development. We can't do this ourselves. We are accompanied by an external expert who is already familiar with our company.
