Het project beoogt Incluzio te begeleiden in de betekenisgeving en verankering van duurzame inzetbaarheid binnen de organisatie. Samen met alle betrokkenen gaan we op zoek naar de essentie van duurzame inzetbaarheid en hoe alle ondersteuning vanuit Incluzio inhoud- en vormgegeven moet worden. Het project moet leiden tot het laagdrempelig en toegankelijk maken van de route naar informatie en ondersteuning, en medewerkers te activeren om eigen regie te pakken en proactief aan hun eigen inzetbaarheid te werken. The project aims to guide Incluzio in the meaning and anchoring of sustainable employability within the organisation. Together with all stakeholders, we will look for the essence of sustainable employability and how all support from Incluzio should be content and designed. The project should lead to the easy-threshold and accessibility of the route to information and support, and to activate staff to address their own direction and proactively work on their own employability.
