Epos is smaakmaker nl. leverancier en producent van o.a. kruiden, specerijen, marinades, sauzen en andere smaakmakers en hulpstoffen voor de gehele voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Men kent een platte organisatiestructuur waarin kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan. Smaakmaker zijn en blijven kan alleen met vitale en productieve medewerkers. Het ziekteverzuim binnen Epos B.V. is echter hoog, wat de productiviteit van de organisatie niet ten goede komt. Daarom wil Epos B.V. een traject starten waarin aandacht is voor de gezondheid en vitaliteit van haar medewerkers om daarmee het ziekteverzuim terug te dringen. In workshops leren leidinggevenden en medewerkers hoe ze hun gezondheid en vitaliteit kunnen verbeteren. Ze krijgen hier tips en trics die ze direct in de praktijk kunnen toepassen. Op deze manier beoogt Epos B.V. haar medewerkers fit en vitaal te krijgen en te houden. (Dutch)

There is a flat organisational structure in which quality and craftsmanship are central. Be and remain a taster only with vital and productive employees. However, the absenteeism within Epos B.V. is high, which does not improve the productivity of the organisation. That’s why Epos B.V. wants to start a process in which attention is paid to the health and vitality of its employees in order to reduce absenteeism. In workshops, managers and employees learn how to improve their health and vitality. They get tips and trics here that they can apply directly in practice. In this way, Epos B.V. aims to get and keep its employees fit and vital. (English)
