De resultaten van het onderzoek in duurzame inzetbaarheid bieden een mogelijkheid om de inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers in kaart te brengen. Hieruit zullen op maat gemaakte risicoprofielen en interventieplannen voortkomen, welke Maars de mogelijkheid geeft om kansen te bieden aan een gezond en plezierig arbeidsleven voor haar medewerkers. De bijdrage vanuit het ESF zal ervoor zorgen dat er een optimalisering zal plaatsvinden in het werkgeluk van de medewerkers van Maars. (Dutch)
