Natuurfontein is een unieke groene Buitenspeelorganisatie in hartje Amsterdam. Mede vanwege haar innovatieve karakter, kind- en klantgerichtheid, heeft de organisatie de afgelopen jaren een sterke groei doorgemaakt. Het is nu tijd om te investeren in het behoud en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Daarnaast bestaat de wens vanuit de eigenaren om de aansturing van het werk in de toekomst in te richten met zelforganiserende teams waardoor er ruimte ontstaat om als organisatie veilig en gezond verder te groeien. Het doel van Natuurfontein is het creëren van een lerende bedrijfscultuur waarbij de verantwoordelijkheid voor het dagelijkse werk nog meer bij de medewerkers ligt en zij daardoor eenvoudig in kunnen spelen op toekomstige veranderingen. Natuurfontein is a unique green outdoor play organisation in the heart of Amsterdam. Partly because of its innovative character, child and customer orientation, the organisation has experienced a strong growth in recent years. It is now time to invest in the maintenance and development of employees. In addition, there is a desire from the owners to organise the management of the work in the future with self-organising teams, creating space to grow as an organisation safe and healthy. The goal of Natuurfontein is to create a learning corporate culture in which the responsibility for day-to-day work lies even more with the employees and they can therefore easily respond to future changes.
