By using the IPS method ( Individual placement and support) , already during the treatment phase in specialist psychiatry, the project aims to make obvious that is an effecient solution and that an increasing part of former unemployed with psychatric health problems can come to work or complete education, eg compared with today's ordinary used methods. During the project, up to 200 patients receive coordinated support to work or studies. The goal is to implement the IPS method so that it becomes part of the regular professional support and to spread it to other parts of the country. (Swedish)
