The ESF-project Jobbtorget 2.0 is targeted on lowering the unemployment rate among youths which is still high in Helsingborg and currently well above the national level. Arbetsmarknadsförvaltningen has the task of lowering the youth unemployment fifty percent by 2020 and we are therefore, together with the Arbetsförmedlingen, strengthening the existing Jobbtorget to enable more young people to establish themselves on the labor market by gathering and coordinating previously developed methods and utilizing success factors from previous projects such as the ESF project STARK and Hantverksjobb i Skåne Nordväst. The aim of the project is to increase the individual's self-sufficiency through sustainable planning and implementation in a coherent process. A starting point for the project is the belief in young people's internal driving forces and the project creates opportunities for young people to strengthen their self-leadership through coaching and through developed tools for self-leadership training. The project also places great emphasis on studies as a way towards more sustainable solutions. Furthermore, with the project, we want to contribute to increased mobility among the jobseekers in Skåne Nordväst. (Swedish)
