Nossin FMI BV is een fijnmechanisch productiebedrijf uit Beek en Donk. Nossin werkt met een kernteam van drie mensen, dat onlangs is geformeerd. Nossin heeft een ambitie gericht op duurzame groei en wil zijn positie als stabiele werkgever in de regio verder uitbouwen. Het doel is van dit traject om medewerkers meer te stimuleren om zelf eigenaarschap te pakken. Dit wordt ook de volgende stap in de groei. Eigenaar en kernteamleden zijn bereid om daarin te investeren en ook kritische naar hun eigen rol daarin te kijken. Het is daarom belangrijk dat er in de volle breedte meer aandacht komt voor het ontwikkelen van een leercultuur. Iedereen wordt op dit moment nog onvoldoende uitgedaagd om verder te kijken dan het uitvoeren van hun taken. Hier iets aan doen wordt de volgende stap. (Dutch)

Nossin FMI BV est une entreprise de production mécanique fine de Beek et Donk. Nossin travaille avec une équipe de trois personnes, qui vient d’être formée. Nossin a une ambition de croissance durable et souhaite développer sa position d’employeur stable dans la région. L’objectif de ce processus est d’encourager les employés à s’approprier davantage. Ce sera également la prochaine étape de la croissance. Les propriétaires et les membres de l’équipe de base sont prêts à investir dans cela et examinent également de manière critique leur propre rôle dans ce domaine. Il est donc important d’accorder une plus grande attention au développement d’une culture de l’apprentissage dans toute sa portée. À l’heure actuelle, tout le monde n’est pas suffisamment mis au défi pour aller au-delà de l’accomplissement de ses tâches. Faire quelque chose à ce sujet est la prochaine étape. (French)
