Van Delft Services BV is een organisatie waar kwaliteit voorop staat en zij heeft te maken met allerlei ontwikkelingen: prijsdruk, automatisering, vergrijzing, schaalvergroting, globalisering en veranderende consumententrends waardoor de omgeving van Van Delft Services voortdurend in beweging is. Alleen organisaties die adequaat anticiperen op de bewegingen hebben een toekomst. Die wendbaarheid kan alleen worden gerealiseerd met een krachtig team van medewerkers. Een krachtig team bestaat uit medewerkers die duurzaam inzetbaar zijn. Om dit te realiseren wil Van Delft Services middels dit project de leercultuur binnen haar organisatie versterken. Door medewerkers beter te laten worden in hun werk, kennis en ervaring met elkaar te laten uitwisselen, boeken zij individueel en als team vooruitgang, wat bijdraagt aan de energie en het werkplezier van de medewerkers. Door zowel leidinggevenden als medewerkers te betrekken wordt een zo duurzaam mogelijk resultaat behaald. (Dutch)

Only organisations that adequately anticipate the movements have a future. This agility can only be achieved with a powerful team of employees. A powerful team consists of employees who can be used sustainably. To achieve this, Van Delft Services wants to strengthen the learning culture within her organisation through this project. By allowing employees to become better in their work, to exchange knowledge and experience with each other, they make progress individually and as a team, contributing to the energy and work pleasure of the employees. Pour y parvenir, Van Delft Services souhaite renforcer la culture d’apprentissage au sein de son organisation grâce à ce projet.
