The Labour Market Center project´s aim is to ensure that an increased number of women and men far from the labour market and receiving income support, get employment or education and thereby improved access to the labour market. This is achieved through teams ensuring and improving processes, efforts and working methods that focus on the needs of each participent. The project is expected to contribute to the development and implementation of a sustainable method which removes the lock-in effects caused by income support, aimed for the target group of men and women with special needs. Le projet du Centre du marché du travail vise à faire en sorte qu’un nombre accru de femmes et d’hommes, loin du marché du travail et bénéficiant d’une aide au revenu, obtiennent un emploi ou une éducation et améliorent ainsi l’accès au marché du travail. Pour ce faire, des équipes assurent et améliorent les processus, les efforts et les méthodes de travail qui se concentrent sur les besoins de chaque participant. Le projet devrait contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d’une méthode durable qui élimine les effets de blocage causés par l’aide au revenu, destinée au groupe cible d’hommes et de femmes ayant des besoins particuliers. Das Projekt des Arbeitsmarktzentrums zielt darauf ab, sicherzustellen, dass mehr Frauen und Männer weit vom Arbeitsmarkt entfernt sind und Einkommensbeihilfen erhalten, Beschäftigung oder Bildung erhalten und dadurch den Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt verbessern. Dies wird durch Teams erreicht, die die Prozesse, Anstrengungen und Arbeitsmethoden sicherstellen und verbessern, die sich auf die Bedürfnisse der einzelnen Teilnehmer konzentrieren. Das Projekt soll zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Methode beitragen, mit der die Lock-in-Effekte, die durch Einkommensbeihilfen verursacht werden, für die Zielgruppe von Männern und Frauen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen beseitigt werden. Het doel van het project van het Arbeidsmarktcentrum is ervoor te zorgen dat een groter aantal vrouwen en mannen ver van de arbeidsmarkt verwijderd wordt en inkomenssteun ontvangt, werk krijgt of onderwijs krijgt en daardoor de toegang tot de arbeidsmarkt verbetert. Dit wordt bereikt door teams die processen, inspanningen en werkmethoden waarborgen en verbeteren die gericht zijn op de behoeften van elke deelnemer. L'obiettivo del progetto del Centro per il mercato del lavoro è quello di garantire che un maggior numero di donne e uomini lontani dal mercato del lavoro e ricevano sostegno al reddito, ricevano un'occupazione o un'istruzione, migliorando così l'accesso al mercato del lavoro. Ciò avviene attraverso squadre che garantiscono e migliorano i processi, gli sforzi e i metodi di lavoro che si concentrano sulle esigenze di ciascun partecipante. Il progetto dovrebbe contribuire allo sviluppo e all'attuazione di un metodo sostenibile che elimina gli effetti di lock-in causati dal sostegno al reddito, destinato al gruppo target di uomini e donne con esigenze particolari.
