BiblioNu transformeert van uitleenbibliotheek naar een naar een bibliotheek als lokaal platform waarbij wordt aangesloten op de behoeften en wensen van burgers. De middelen van de bibliotheek gaan op een andere manier ingezet worden om het maatschappelijke doel te bereiken. Medewerkers worden binnen deze bibliotheek nieuwe stijl geacht persoonlijke netwerken op te bouwen en samen te werken met maatschappelijke partners. De bibliotheek gaat op een andere duurzame manier werken, binnen nieuwe rollen. Er wordt gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling, uitrol en borging van een nieuwe manier van werken binnen de bibliotheek. Medewerkers gaan in dialoogsessies oefenen met en reflecteren op hun nieuwe rollen en werkwijzen. Wat hebben zij nodig om hierin te kunnen excelleren? Hiermee wordt een bijdrage geleverd aan een hoger doel: de realisatie van een bibliotheek nieuwe stijl, met duurzaam inzetbare medewerkers die de maatschappelijke meerwaarde van de bibliotheek weer effectief weten te realiseren. BiblioNu transforms from lending library to a library as a local platform that connects to the needs and wishes of citizens. The resources of the library will be used in a different way to achieve the social goal. Within this library, employees are expected to build personal networks and collaborate with social partners. The library will work in a different sustainable way, within new roles. Work is under way to develop, deploy and secure a new way of working within the library. Employees will practice and reflect on their new roles and practices in dialogue sessions. What do they need to excel in this? This will contribute to a higher goal: the realisation of a library new style, with sustainably deployable employees who are able to realise the social added value of the library effectively. BiblioNu passe d’une bibliothèque de prêt à une bibliothèque en une plate-forme locale qui se connecte aux besoins et aux souhaits des citoyens. Les ressources de la bibliothèque seront utilisées d’une manière différente pour atteindre l’objectif social. Au sein de cette bibliothèque, les employés sont censés créer des réseaux personnels et collaborer avec les partenaires sociaux. La bibliothèque fonctionnera d’une manière durable différente, dans le cadre de nouveaux rôles. Des travaux sont en cours pour développer, déployer et sécuriser une nouvelle façon de travailler au sein de la bibliothèque. Les employés pratiqueront et réfléchiront à leurs nouveaux rôles et pratiques dans le cadre de séances de dialogue. De quoi ont-ils besoin pour exceller dans ce domaine? Cela contribuera à atteindre un objectif plus élevé: la réalisation d’un nouveau style de bibliothèque, avec des employés déployables de manière durable qui sont capables de réaliser efficacement la valeur ajoutée sociale de la bibliothèque.
