Ploeger Logistics is een echt familiebedrijf met circa 330 medewerkers. Ploeger verzorgt voor haar klanten contract logistiek en contract vervoer. Binnen Ploeger is het verzuim de afgelopen jaren sterk toegenomen waardoor er aandacht moet komen voor de medewerkers. Met dit project wil Ploeger investeren in de kwaliteit, employability en inzetbaarheid van haar mensen. Samen met de externe adviseurs gaat zij aan de slag met Duurzame inzetbaarheid. De adviseurs zetten in op bewustwordingscoaching en gaan met de directie, managers en medewerkers aan de slag met onderwerpen als het effect van verzuim op de inzetbaarheid, het voeren van verzuimgesprekken, het voeren van motivatiegesprekken, sociale vaardigheden en coachend leidinggeven. Hiermee zet Ploeger in op een verbeterde inzetbaarheid, minder verzuim, afname van werkstress, persoonlijke groei en het vergroten van de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers bij de organisatie. (Dutch)
