Zehnder Group Nederland BV (hierna: Zehnder) houdt zich sinds jaar en dag intensief en succesvol bezig met uitgekiende oplossingen voor het binnenklimaat. De kwaliteit van de binnenlucht en het comfort voor de mens in zijn leef-, woon- en werkomgeving staan daarbij centraal. Het doel: het realiseren van een gezond, comfortabel en energiezuinig binnenklimaat. Zehnder is vandaag de dag uitgegroeid tot veelzijdig partner voor het totale binnenklimaat. Niet alleen de gezondheid van onze klanten is belangrijk voor Zehnder. Ook een gezond werkklimaat van de medewerkers vindt men op zijn minst even relevant. En het bewustzijn van medewerkers over hun eigen emoties verdient (meer) aandacht. Om het beschreven doel te kunnen realiseren gaat Zehnder het adviesbureau BusinessFlow inschakelen. Specifiek gaat BusinessFlow de leidinggevenden van Zehnder coachen middels de methode Awareness, intention, manifest (AIM). Dit is een unieke methodiek voor leiders die verder willen groeien en ontwikkelen. In drie modules realiseer je een scherp bewustzijn in je eigen denkproces, verbind je met je potentieel en manifesteer je vanuit een weten waarom je doet wat je doet. Een reis waardoor je je emoties gaat herkennen en gebruiken als wegwijzers. AIM is een transformatie voor een leven lang en onderscheid door de focus op emotionele intelligentie. De reis kent een afwisseling van handelen en reflecteren waarbij bewustwording, vertrouwen en mindset de basis vormen.
