Eska stelt haar medewerkers eens per 4 jaar in de gelegenheid deel te nemen aan een Periodiek Medisch Onderzoek. Deelname heeft ten doel inzicht te krijgen in die aspecten door voor een duurzame inzetbaarheid van belang zijn. Zowel gezondheid, welzijn en een juiste balans tussen werk en privé zijn daarbij belangrijke aandachtspunten. Voorafgaande aan een onderzoek vind een uitgebreide voorlichting plaats. Elke deelnemer krijgt de beschikking over een eigen portal waarin zijn / haar gegevens worden opgeslagen en adviezen worden gegeven. Naast inzicht voor de medewerker krijgt werkgever adviezen welke aandachtpunten er zijn op de diverse terreinen van Duurzame inzetbarheid en de noodzaak aanwezig is tot het uitzetten van diverse vervolgacties. Eska gives its employees the opportunity to participate in a Periodic Medical Research every 4 years. The objective of participation is to understand these aspects through the importance of sustainable employability. Health, well-being and a right balance between work and private life are important issues. A detailed information will be provided prior to a study. Each participant will have its own portal in which his/her data is stored and advice is given. In addition to insight for the employee, the employer receives advice on which points of attention exist in the various areas of Sustainable Deployment and the need for various follow-up actions. ESKA donne à ses employés la possibilité de participer à une recherche médicale périodique tous les 4 ans. L’objectif de la participation est de comprendre ces aspects à travers l’importance d’une employabilité durable. La santé, le bien-être et un juste équilibre entre le travail et la vie privée sont des questions importantes. Une information détaillée sera fournie avant l’étude. Chaque participant disposera de son propre portail dans lequel ses données sont stockées et des conseils sont donnés. En plus de l’information de l’employé, l’employeur reçoit des conseils sur les points d’attention qui existent dans les différents domaines du déploiement durable et sur la nécessité de prendre diverses mesures de suivi.
