For this application, Campus Värnamo is the project owner with Business Gnosjöregion AB (BGR) as a collaboration actor. The Jönköping Region and the Kronoberg Region support the application and will coordinate between other ongoing projects. The goal of the project is to give 1600 employees at approximately 100 companies in Jönköping and Kronoberg counties a strengthened position in their current professional role or alternatives within a new professional role. This will be done through competence-enhancing initiatives. Need analyses will be carried out and training consultants will be hired to identify and fill the needs. Through this project, women and men in the manufacturing industry in Jönköping and Kronoberg counties are expected to develop in terms of skills, all in order to strengthen their position in the labour market and contribute to increasing the competitiveness of Swedish industry. Pour cette application, Campus Värnamo est le propriétaire du projet avec Business Gnosjöregion AB (BGR) en tant qu’acteur de collaboration. La région de Jönköping et la région du Kronoberg soutiennent l’application et coordonneront les autres projets en cours. L’objectif du projet est de donner à 1600 employés dans une centaine d’entreprises dans les comtés de Jönköping et de Kronoberg une position renforcée dans leur rôle professionnel actuel ou des alternatives dans un nouveau rôle professionnel. Pour ce faire, des initiatives visant à renforcer les compétences seront prises. Des analyses des besoins seront effectuées et des consultants en formation seront embauchés pour identifier et combler les besoins. Grâce à ce projet, les femmes et les hommes dans l’industrie manufacturière des comtés de Jönköping et de Kronoberg devraient se développer en termes de compétences, tout cela afin de renforcer leur position sur le marché du travail et de contribuer à accroître la compétitivité de l’industrie suédoise.
