The folk high schools in Norrbotten and Västerbotten can play a major role in the provision of skills in the region. In this project we want to make ourselves, as folk high schools, known as a relevant player in the public sector and private business. We also want to get to know our surroundings in order to better meet the needs of society and employers. We want to give the staff at the folk high schools modern tools to meet the needs of today and tomorrow. 5 folk high schools in Norrbotten and Västerbotten collaborate to carry out training and development efforts together with other stakeholders in the region. Les lycées folkloriques de Norrbotten et de Västerbotten peuvent jouer un rôle majeur dans l’acquisition de compétences dans la région. Dans ce projet, nous voulons nous faire, en tant qu’écoles secondaires folkloriques, connues comme un acteur pertinent dans le secteur public et le secteur privé. Nous voulons également connaître notre environnement afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de la société et des employeurs. Nous voulons donner au personnel des écoles secondaires populaires des outils modernes pour répondre aux besoins d’aujourd’hui et de demain. 5 lycées de Norrbotten et Västerbotten collaborent pour mener des actions de formation et de développement avec d’autres parties prenantes de la région.
