A large proportion of Skåne's young people aged 15-24 are not a part of the labourmarket or studying. The reason for this is complex, and individuals' needs for support varies.Hassela Movement as a method has shown to be an efficient method through conscious relation- and motivational work together with labour market application. Hassela Movement became a social fund projects (ESF) in the spring of 2012 with targeted completion in June 2014, the project was granted an upgrade application and was formally completed in December 2014. Hassela Movement targets young people aged 15-24 years old who are unemployed or unactive from studies and we educate them to become Child- and Youth coaches with the goal that the participant become self-sufficient through employment or studies. The course programs for Child- and Youth coaches consists of four phases: Recruitment of our targetgroup, Theory and Education, Workplace internship and future planning. During the coming project round we aim to educate 180 individuals to our targetgroup, and thereby contribute to that more young unemploymed indivuduals in Skåne have the possibility to become active citiziens and self-sufficient. The project Hassela Movement creates with its conscious equality and accessibility work great conditions for customization also for those in the target group who have specific needs such as disabilities, incomplete studies, and other forms of exclusion. Une grande partie des jeunes de Skåne âgés de 15 à 24 ans ne font pas partie du marché du travail ou des études. La raison en est la complexité, et les besoins des individus en matière de soutien varient.Le mouvement d’Hassela en tant que méthode a montré qu’il s’agissait d’une méthode efficace par le biais d’une relation consciente et d’un travail de motivation associé à l’application du marché du travail. Le Mouvement Hassela est devenu un projet de fonds social (FSE) au printemps 2012 avec une achèvement prévu en juin 2014, le projet a reçu une application de mise à niveau et a été officiellement achevé en décembre 2014. Le mouvement Hassela cible les jeunes âgés de 15 à 24 ans qui sont sans emploi ou inactifs à partir d’études et nous les éduquons à devenir des entraîneurs d’enfants et de jeunes dans le but que le participant devienne autosuffisant par l’emploi ou des études. Les programmes de cours destinés aux entraîneurs d’enfants et de jeunes se composent de quatre phases: Recrutement de notre groupe cible, Théorie et Éducation, Stage en milieu de travail et planification future. Au cours du prochain cycle de projet, nous visons à éduquer 180 personnes à notre groupe cible et contribuer ainsi à ce que plus de jeunes indivuduels sans emploi en Skåne aient la possibilité de devenir citiziens actifs et autosuffisants. Le projet Hassela Movement crée avec son souci d’égalité et d’accessibilité de travailler de bonnes conditions de personnalisation également pour les personnes du groupe cible qui ont des besoins spécifiques tels que les handicaps, les études incomplètes, et d’autres formes d’exclusion.
