Deli XL is een gezonde onderneming voor haar klanten, haar medewerkers en de maatschappij. Daarin zijn gezonde, vitale en inzetbare medewerkers cruciaal. De afgelopen jaren heeft Deli XL veel geïnvesteerd in de loopbaan, inzetbaarheid en mobiliteit van haar werknemers om hen duurzaam inzetbaar te houden en is zij constant op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden om deze inzetbaarheid te verbeteren. In tijden van dynamische groei gebeurt het regelmatig dat de werkdruk op werknemers groeit. Deli XL wil hierop anticiperen door haar werknemers te ondersteunen door ze te begeleiden naar nieuwe werkwijzen en nieuw gedrag binnen het project “Duurzaam Deli XL”. Dit project moet ervoor zorgen dat werknemers ook op langere termijn beter in staat zijn om te gaan met veranderingen in werkdruk zonder dat hun inzetbaarheid in het geding komt. Binnen dit project wordt op zowel organisatorisch als individueel niveau bekeken op welke manier kan worden bijgedragen aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de werknemers van Deli XL. Om hier op organisatorisch niveau verbetering in te krijgen wordt door leidinggevenden advies ingewonnen om bedrijfsstrategieën en processen dusdanig in te richten dat de duurzame inzetbaarheid van werknemers bevorderd wordt. Op individueel niveau wordt met medewerkers een traject doorlopen om op basis van de behoefte van de medewerkers uiteenlopende instrumenten in te zetten met als doel de inzetbaarheid en van de medewerker te vergroten. Binnen dit project worden de behoeften onze medewerkers centraal gezet. Op deze manier wil Deli XL haar medewerkers de middelen toereiken die hun beter in staat stelt om zich bewust te worden van hun duurzame inzetbaarheid. (Dutch)

Deli XL is a healthy company for its customers, its employees and society. In this, healthy, vital and deployable employees are crucial. In recent years, Deli XL has invested a lot in the career, employability and mobility of its employees to keep them sustainable and is constantly looking for new opportunities to improve this employability. In times of dynamic growth, the workload on employees is regularly growing. Deli XL wants to anticipate this by supporting its employees by guiding them to new practices and new behaviour within the “Sustainable Deli XL” project. This project aims to ensure that workers are also better able to cope with changes in workload in the longer term without compromising their employability. Within this project, at both organisational and individual level, it will examine how to contribute to the sustainable employability of Deli XL employees. In order to improve this at organisational level, managers are seeking advice to design business strategies and processes in such a way as to promote the sustainable employability of employees. On an individual level, employees are going through a pathway to deploy different tools based on the needs of the employees with the aim of increasing employability and of the employee. Within this project, the needs of our employees are put at the heart. In this way, Deli XL aims to provide its employees with the resources that enable them to become more aware of their sustainable employability. (English)
