Het analyseren van de organisatie inrichting is daarbij van belang waarbij het ‘binden en boeien’ van de belangrijkste medewerkers een belangrijk punt is. Zonder hen ontstaat er mogelijk een probleem. Er moet een nieuw bedrijfsplan ontwikkeld worden voor de organisatie waarbij de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de sleutelfunctionarissen en de overige werknemers geborgd gaat worden. Immers, zij dienen bij te dragen aan de verdere doorontwikkeling van Leaseweb. Strategische planontwikkeling t.b.v. een duurzame doorontwikkeling en dito inzetbaarheid van alle medewerkers staat daarmee voorop. (Dutch)

Analysing the organisation organisation is important in this respect, where the ‘binding and buoying’ of the main employees is an important point. Without them, there may be a problem. A new business plan should be developed for the organisation to ensure the sustainable employability of key officials and other employees. After all, they should contribute to the further development of Leaseweb. Strategic plan development for sustainable development and employability of all employees is therefore paramount. (English)
