Ons bedrijf heeft veel medewerkers met een zittend beroep. Doel is om alle medewerkers meer te laten bewegen, en hierdoor en betere gezondheid te realiseren. Met behulp van een activity tracker (soort horloge dat beweging, hartslag e.d. meet) en een online portal willen we voor mensen persoonlijk inzichtelijk maken wat hun gedrag is. Daarnaast kunnen groepen mensen via deze portal challenges met elkaar aan gaan, waarmee we hopen te stimuleren dat mensen meer gaan bewegen. (Dutch)

Our company has a lot of employees with a sedentary profession. The aim is to make all employees move more, and thereby achieve better health. With the help of an activity tracker (type of watch that measures movement, heart rate, etc.) and an online portal, we want to make people personally understand what their behaviour is.
