Thijssen Schreuders Meubeltransport helpt bedrijven en particulieren om ook hun Benelux-distributie soepel te laten verlopen. Met vernieuwende oplossingen en ontwikkelingen in Benelux-transporten hebben wij voor elk logistiek vraagstuk een oplossing. Uiteraard in lijn met de wensen van de klant en volgens de wettelijke eisen. Behalve Benelux-distributie verzorgen wij ook reguliere transporten, koeriersdiensten en beschikken wij over 20.000 m2 warehouse, zodat wij een totaal logistiek pakket kunnen bieden. Om ook in de toekomst klanten tevreden te stellen, dienen wij te beschikken over duurzaam inzetbare werknemers, die gezond, gemotiveerd en productief hun werk kunnen doen. Thijssen Schreuders ziet mogelijkheden om gezondheidswinst te boeken. Wij hebben aandacht voor vitaliteit, verzuim en ontwikkeling, maar een duidelijke samenhang ontbreekt vooralsnog. Daarom willen wij planmatig geholpen worden door externe adviseurs van DureVole, die samen met ons een project ter bevordering van Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (DI) uitvoeren met het accent op een Gezonde Leefstijl (GL) en het terugdringen van werkstress. Het doel van dit project is om nadrukkelijk de leidinggevenden en de betrokken medewerkers bewust bekwaam te maken en hen te helpen de DI/GL positief te beïnvloeden, zowel fysiek, mentaal als emotioneel. We bereiken dit via onderzoek, dialoogsessies, themabijeenkomsten en adviesgesprekken om gericht onderzoek te doen en hieraan verbeteracties te verbinden. Met dit project wil Thijssen Schreuders in de toekomst uitgroeien tot een vitale organisatie met vitale medewerkers, die een gezonde leefstijl hanteren en duurzaam inzetbaar zijn, binnen of buiten onze organisatie. Thijssen Schreuders Meubeltransport helps companies and individuals to make their Benelux distribution run smoothly. With innovative solutions and developments in Benelux transports, we have a solution for every logistics issue. Of course in line with the customer’s wishes and according to the legal requirements. Besides Benelux distribution, we also provide regular transports, courier services and we have 20.000 m² warehouse, so that we can offer a total logistics package. In order to satisfy customers in the future, we need to have sustainably employable employees who can do their work in a healthy, motivated and productive way. Thijssen Schreuders sees opportunities to make a health profit. We pay attention to vitality, absenteeism and development, but there is no clear link for the time being. That is why we want to be assisted on a planned basis by external advisors of expensive vole, who together with us carry out a project to promote Sustainable Employability (DI) with the emphasis on a Healthy Lifestyle (GL) and reducing work stress. The aim of this project is to make the managers and the employees involved aware and help them to influence the DI/GL positively, both physically, mentally and emotionally. We achieve this through research, dialogue sessions, thematic meetings and advisory discussions to conduct targeted research and to link improvement actions. With this project, Thijssen Schreuders aims to become a vital organisation with vital employees, who use a healthy lifestyle and can be used sustainably, inside or outside our organisation. (English)
