Předmětem projektu je regenerace a komplexní zateplení domu. Zateplení obvodových stěn kontaktním zateplovacím systémem (ETICS), nové zateplení střešního pláště, výměna starých oken, vchodových dveří a oprava lodžií panelového domu Malátova 427 a 428 v Liberci. Projekt je určen pro majitele a obyvatele bytového domu. Hlavním cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti objektu,neboť vykazuje neuspokojivé parametry z hlediska energetických nároků na provoz objektu, kvality a estetiky bydlení (Czech)

The insulation of the wall walls of the “ETICS”, the new insulation of roof coats, the replacement of old windows, the entrance door and the repair of the footrests of the Malate House 427 and 428 in Liberec. The project is for owners and residents of an apartment building.
