V rámci rekonstrukce bytového domu dojde mimo jiné k zateplení obvodového pláště a zateplení stropu nad posledním podlažím. Nevyhovující otvorové výplně budou vyměněny. Dále budou v rámci rekonstrukce provedeny opravy hromosvodů a klempířských prvků. Cíl projektu bude dosažen splněním všech opatření vyplývajících z projektové dokumentace. (Czech)

As part of the reconstruction of the building stock, there will be a insulation of the building envelope and the insulation of the ceiling above the last deck. Unsatisfactory ottos will be replaced. In addition, corrections will be made to lightning conductors and tongs as part of the reconstruction process.
