Obsahem projektu je realizace konkrétních aktivit směřujících k optimalizaci klíčových činností města Žamberk. Záměrem žadatele je zefektivnit a zkvalitnit oblast řízení majetku a investičních akcí města a zoptimalizovat související procesy MěÚ. Za tímto účelem bude vytvořen a zaveden (a následně vyhodnocen) konkrétní soubor nástrojů k posílení jejich řízení a bude zajištěno vzdělávání dotčených zaměstnanců města a zastupitelů. (Czech)

The project aims to implement concrete activities to optimise the key activities of the city of Žamberk. The applicant’s intention is to streamline and improve the area of the management of the city’s assets and investment actions and to optimise the related processes of the City. To this end, a specific set of tools will be developed and put in place (and subsequently assessed) to strengthen their management and to ensure the training of the concerned employees of the city and of the elected representatives.
