Projekt má za cíl zvýšit efektivitu, fungování a zprofesionalizování poměrně mladé organizace. Nastavit vhodný a reálný strategický plán, kterým se bude organizace v příštích letech řídit.Zvýšit vzdělanost a odbornost zaměstnanců ve vybraných oblastech řízení organizace. V důsledku má projekt nastavit chod organizace tak, aby fungovala efektivně,účelně s minimem finančních prostředků a byla přehledná a dostupná pro cílovou skupinu, pro kterou pracuje, tedy pro osoby s hendikepem . The project aims to increase the efficiency, functioning and professionalism of the relatively young organisation. Set up an appropriate and realistic strategic plan that will be managed by the organisation over the next years. increase education and expertise of staff in selected management areas of the organisation. As a result, the project aims to make the organisation work efficiently, effectively with minimum funding, and is clear and accessible to the target group for which it works, i.e. for people with disabilities.
