Cílem projektu je rekonstrukce přechodu na ulici Opletalova tak, aby byla zajištěna vyšší bezpečnost občanů města. V současné době je přechod umístěn na šikmo přes vozovku, není řádně označen a chybí zde i veřejné osvětlení. Není přizpůsoben občanům se sníženou schopností orientace a pohyblivosti. Realizací projektu chce město Lanškroun docílit vyšší bezpečnosti občanů města. Předpokladem realizace projektu je získání dotace. Rizikem projektu vnímáme nezískání dotace a nerealizaci projektu.
