Marketa Remone s.r.o. (dále i MR) se chce zaměřit na zavedení principů age managementu (dále i AM) do práce se svými zaměstnanci především OZP ve smyslu doporučení auditu AM. Jeho záměrem je nastavit řízení s ohledem na věk a zdravotní stav zaměstnanců (CS) a zohlednit měnící se zdroje (kompetence, zdraví, hodnoty, postoje, motivace). MR se chce připravit na očekávané změny v demografické struktuře pracujících, nastavit principy učící se organizace včetně trvalého zapojení interních odborníků. (Czech)
