The project, called “Collected Power for the future of Ånge” aims to create a fully functioning partnership between the involved organisations, where everybody works together to give the best possible support to youths 15-24. The partnership shall have a functioning, individual-based method including pre-emptive action, better knowledge of which people in the target group are not working or registered students and adequate methods to support them. The method shall be mainstreamed according to both gender and accessibility. Every person in the target group shall have access to individual-based support. The project’s goals are that: • By the end of the project, every person in Ånge municipality that does not work or study shall be known, have an individual action plan and take part in activities to raise the employability. • All participants shall by the end of the project have raised their employability given their starting point. • Of participants, 50 percent shall be working or studying by the end of the project. • The inequality between men and women in the group shall be evened out. By the end of the project the ratio between men and women that do not work or study shall be in the 40-60 percent interval. To reach the project’s goal there are to be collaborative work between the involved organisations, guidance of and activities for the participants based on tried methods. (Swedish)
