The purpose of ”Prio Landskrona” is to get the participating youths to education, employment, internship or self-development by means of different tracks. That is to enter, or get closer the labor market, by means of coordinated efforts consisting of proven methods and an individual approach. Every participant starts with the Streetcoaching track and then chooses one of following tracks. • Continuing Streetcoaching to evolve or get closer to the labor market. • The Uppsök/internship track where the participant has a field of interest and where the project seeks internship/work life experience according to the participant’s wishes and competences. • The Academy track which means that the participant is offered a time limited trainee employment in a hiring company and where the placement is shaped by the employer’s needs. The Academy track also includes targeted education connected to each individual trainee place, where the goal is continued employment. Gender equality, accessibility and non-discrimination will be considered throughout the project. (Swedish)
