Předkládaný projekt si klade za CÍL ZVÝŠENÍ ZNALOSTÍ A VĚDOMOSTÍ ÚČASTNÍKŮ SOCIÁLNÍHO DIALOGU a posílení spolupráce mezi zaměstnavateli a zaměstnanci ZA POMOCI JEJICH DALŠÍHO ODBORNÉHO VZDĚLÁVÁNÍ, REALIZACE KULATÝCH STOLŮ, a také ZISKU, PŘENOSU A IMPLEMENTACE získaných ZNALOSTÍ A ZKUŠENOSTÍ ZE ZAHRANIČÍ.Uvedených cílů chceme dosáhnout díky realizaci jednotlivých aktivit projektu.Po celou dobu realizace projektu budeme medializovat danou problematiku, zaměření projektu a jeho aktivity.
