Das Projekt wendet sich an den Personenkreis der verfestigten Langzeitbezieher SGBII (älter 24 J./mind. 21 Monate Leistungsbezug). Ziel ist die nachhaltige Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zur Erhöhung der sozialen und beruflichen Integration. Im Mittelpunkt steht ein ganzheitlicher, modularer Förderansatz durch Aktivierung der Teilnehmer, orientiert an der individuellen Situation, besonders im Hinblick auf die Handlungsbedarfe Gesundheit, Finanzen und sozialen Integration. Le projet s’adresse à la population des bénéficiaires de longue durée solidifiés SGBII (anciennement 24 ans/minimum 21 mois de prestations). L’objectif est d’améliorer durablement l’employabilité afin d’améliorer l’intégration sociale et professionnelle. L’accent est mis sur une approche globale et modulaire du soutien par l’activation des participants, en fonction de la situation individuelle, en particulier en ce qui concerne les besoins d’action en matière de santé, de finances et d’intégration sociale.
