Nové-rozšířené-prostory zvýší kvalitu materiálně-technického zázemí pro poskytování služby STD (dle §67) a umožní rozšíření poskytovaných ambulantních služeb sociální prevence dle § 70 zák. 108/2006 Sb, sociální rehabilitace, podporujících inkluzi . Služby prevence jsou nedostatkové, STD Chelčický domov sv. Linharta, o.p.s. je jedinou službou tohoto typu poskytovanou na Vodňansku, klienty jsou také lidé s postižením a duševními onemocněním z venkovských oblastí Prachaticka a Českobudějovicka. a. (Czech)
