Notre projet vise les différentes étapes du parcours d'insertion en voici les activités prévues : 1. L 'orientation et l'accompagnement : tout au long du parcours ,le stagiaire est suivi individuellement et orienté vers l'action la plus adaptée à ses potentialités et son projet professionnel 2.Remobilisation : animations de groupe permettant de retrouver une motivation personnelle ,de se définir un projet professionnel 3.Pré-formation : formation pratique individuelle et théorique qui permet d'acquérir les connaissances de base dans différents secteurs 4.Formation : en fonction du projet du stagiaire,celui-ci pourra être orienté vers une formation qualifiante et acquérir ainsi les compétences nécessaires en vue de répondre aux critères du marché de l'emploi . 5.Mise à l'emploi via l'Art 60 (French)

Our project aims at the different stages of the integration pathway, here are the planned activities: 1. Guidance and support: throughout the course, the trainee is monitored individually and oriented towards the action most suited to his potential and his professional project 2.Remobilisation: group animations to find a personal motivation, to define oneself a professional project 3.Pre-training: individual and theoretical practical training to acquire basic knowledge in different sectors 4.Training: depending on the trainee’s project, the trainee may be oriented towards qualifying training and thus acquire the necessary skills in order to meet the criteria of the labour market. 5.Employment via Art 60 (English)

Ons project richt zich op de verschillende stadia van het integratietraject, hier zijn de geplande activiteiten: 1. Begeleiding en ondersteuning: gedurende de cursus wordt de stagiair individueel gevolgd en gericht op de actie die het meest geschikt is voor zijn potentieel en zijn professionele project 2.Remobilisatie: groepsanimaties om een persoonlijke motivatie te vinden, om zichzelf een professioneel project te definiëren 3.Pre-training: individuele en theoretische praktijkopleiding voor het verwerven van basiskennis in verschillende sectoren 4.Opleiding: afhankelijk van het project van de stagiair kan de stagiair zich richten op een gekwalificeerde opleiding en zo de nodige vaardigheden verwerven om aan de criteria van de arbeidsmarkt te voldoen. 5.Werkgelegenheid via Art 60 (Dutch)
