Le projet vise l’approche et l’accroche d’un public très éloigné de l’emploi via un travail de terrain (présence dans la rue, dans les quartiers, cités sociales, dans les lieux de vie). Le projet permet un travail d'insertion et de socialisation dont les actions sont intégrées et coordonnées afin d'améliorer l'inclusion sociale des habitants de l'entité de Sambreville en leur donnant la possibilité et les moyens de participer pleinement à la société. S'en suit l'accompagnement psychosocial proposé par une équipe pluridisciplinaire travaillant de manière transversale et complémentaire avec les partenaires notamment dans le processus de réintégration vers le marché de l'emploi. The project aims at approaching and catching a public far away from employment through field work (presence in the street, in neighbourhoods, social cities, in places of life). The project allows integration and socialisation work, the actions of which are integrated and coordinated in order to improve the social inclusion of the inhabitants of the Sambreville entity by giving them the opportunity and the means to participate fully in society. This follows the psychosocial support offered by a multidisciplinary team working in a cross-cutting and complementary way with the partners, particularly in the process of reintegration into the labour market. Het project is gericht op het naderen en vangen van een publiek ver weg van werkgelegenheid via veldwerk (aanwezigheid op straat, in buurten, sociale steden, in plaatsen van leven). Het project maakt integratie- en socialisatiewerk mogelijk, waarvan de acties geïntegreerd en gecoördineerd zijn om de sociale integratie van de inwoners van de Sambreville-entiteit te verbeteren door hen de mogelijkheid en middelen te geven om volledig aan de samenleving deel te nemen. Dit volgt op de psychosociale ondersteuning die wordt geboden door een multidisciplinair team dat op horizontale en complementaire wijze samenwerkt met de partners, met name in het proces van re-integratie op de arbeidsmarkt. Das Projekt ermöglicht Integrations- und Sozialisierungsarbeit, deren Maßnahmen integriert und koordiniert werden, um die soziale Eingliederung der Bewohner der Sambreville-Einheit zu verbessern, indem sie ihnen die Möglichkeit und die Mittel geben, sich voll an der Gesellschaft zu beteiligen. Dies folgt der psychosozialen Unterstützung durch ein multidisziplinäres Team, das bereichsübergreifend und komplementär mit den Partnern arbeitet, insbesondere im Prozess der Wiedereingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt. Il progetto mira ad avvicinare e catturare un pubblico lontano dall'occupazione attraverso il lavoro sul campo (presenza in strada, nei quartieri, nelle città sociali, nei luoghi di vita). Il progetto consente l'integrazione e il lavoro di socializzazione, le cui azioni sono integrate e coordinate al fine di migliorare l'inclusione sociale degli abitanti dell'entità di Sambreville dando loro l'opportunità e i mezzi per partecipare pienamente alla società. Ciò fa seguito al sostegno psicosociale offerto da un gruppo multidisciplinare che lavora in modo trasversale e complementare con i partner, in particolare nel processo di reinserimento nel mercato del lavoro. El proyecto tiene como objetivo acercarse y atrapar a un público alejado del empleo a través del trabajo de campo (presencia en la calle, en barrios, ciudades sociales, en lugares de vida). El proyecto permite el trabajo de integración y socialización, cuyas acciones están integradas y coordinadas para mejorar la inclusión social de los habitantes de la entidad Sambreville, dándoles la oportunidad y los medios para participar plenamente en la sociedad. Esto sigue el apoyo psicosocial ofrecido por un equipo multidisciplinario que trabaja de manera transversal y complementaria con los socios, en particular en el proceso de reintegración en el mercado laboral.
