O projeto pretende requalificar todo o edifício e simultaneamente ampliar, com a integração e adaptação das antigas instalações da Creche e do CATL, no Nível 1, para ampliação da ERPI e aumento da capacidade do SADEste vai permitir o alargamento da capacidade para 43 residentes (alojados em 22 quartos, sendo 4 triplos, 13 duplos e 5 individuais), SAD para 80 utentes, mantendo-se, contudo, inalterada a capacidade do Centro de Dia em 20 utentes. Le projet vise à requalifier l’ensemble du bâtiment et à agrandir simultanément, avec l’intégration et l’adaptation des anciennes installations de Creche et CATL, au niveau 1, pour agrandir l’ERPI et augmenter la capacité de SADEste, ce qui permettra d’étendre la capacité à 43 résidents (logés dans 22 chambres, dont 4 triples, 13 doubles et 5 individuels), de DAU à 80 utilisateurs, tout en restant inchangé la capacité du Centre de jour pour 20 utilisateurs.
