Das Projekt wurde geplant und entwickelt, um das Schutzniveau der vorhandenen Anlagen und materiellen Ressourcen je nach den verschiedenen möglichen Katastrophenszenarien zu verbessern, wobei den Fahrzeugparkbedingungen und der Lagerung der Interventionsausrüstung im überdachten Raum Vorrang eingeräumt wurde, um alle Sicherheits- und Betriebsbeschränkungen der Einrichtungen wirksam abzumildern.
