Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku świetlicy wiejskiej w Ciężkowie nr 10 w Gminie Szubin. Budynek jest obiektem wolnostojącym, jednokondygnacyjnym, częściowo podpiwniczony z dachem płaskim. Zakres prac przyjęto z audytu energetycznego- po przeanalizowaniu wielu wariantów, na podstawie dokumentacji technicznej, stanu technicznego obiektu i urządzeń oraz możliwości zastosowania rozwiązań termomodernizacyjnych Planowany projekt będzie polegał na wykonaniu następujących prac:a) Wymiana kotła węglowego na kocioł na biomasę z załadunkiem automatyczny klasy 5,b) Ocieplenie stropodachu styropianem wraz z pokryciem dachu papą termozgrzewalną,c) Docieplenie od wewnątrz stropodachu wełną mineralnąd) Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem,e) Ocieplenie ścian piwnic i cokołu,f) Wymianie dwóch okien na nowe,g) Wymianie dwóch par drzwi zewnętrznych, drzwi wewnętrznych oraz drzwi do kabin, h) Wykonaniu prac towarzyszących tj. wymiana obróbek blacharskich, odtworzenie schodów, remont trzonów kominowych, remont pomieszczeń po pracach instalacyjnych, wykonanie elewacji, dostosowanie pomieszczenia kotłowni.Dodatkowo zaprojektowana jest rozdzielnia instalacji kanalizacji sanitarnej oraz nowy zbiornik bezodpływowy. W pomieszczeniu kotłowni i WC zaprojektowano nową instalację elektryczną wraz z wymianą opraw świetlówkowych oraz z remontem tych pomieszczeń. Zaprojektowano nową instalację wody zimnej oraz zamontowanie zestawu wodomierzowego. Woda ciepła użytkowa będzie przygotowywana poprzez elektryczne ogrzewacze zamontowane w kuchni i w WC. Zaprojektowano również podjazd dla osób niepełnosprawnych co wpłynie na możliwość korzystania z obiektu również osób poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich oraz ułatwi dostęp dla rodziców z wózkami dziecięcymi. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zanieczyszczenia powietrza poprze ograniczenie emisji szkodliwych gazów i pyłów do atmosfery oraz zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej. (Polish)

L’objet du projet est la thermomodernisation de la construction du centre du village dans la municipalité de Szubin no 10. Le bâtiment est un bâtiment indépendant d’un étage, en partie sous-sol avec un toit plat. La portée des travaux a été adoptée à partir de l’audit énergétique — après analyse de nombreuses variantes, sur la base de la documentation technique, de l’état technique de l’installation et de l’équipement et de la possibilité d’utiliser des solutions de thermomodernisation. Le projet envisagé consistera à réaliser les travaux suivants:a) Remplacement de la chaudière à charbon pour la biomasse par la classe de chargement automatique 5,b) Réchauffement de la touffe avec du styromousse et couverture de toiture avec scellage thermique, c) Réchauffement des murs extérieurs avec du polystyrène, e) Réchauffement des murs du sous-sol et des plinthes,f) échange de deux fenêtres en nouvelles fenêtres, g) échange de deux paires de portes extérieures, portes intérieures et portes pour cabines, h) exécution des travaux d’accompagnement, c.-à-d. remplacement des traitements en tôle, restauration des escaliers, rénovation des puits de cheminée, rénovation des locaux après travaux d’installation, élévation, adaptation de la chaufferie. Dans la chaufferie et les toilettes, un nouveau système électrique a été conçu avec le remplacement des luminaires fluorescents et la rénovation de ces salles. Un nouveau système d’eau froide a été conçu et un kit de compteur d’eau est installé. L’eau chaude utile sera préparée par des chauffages électriques installés dans la cuisine et les toilettes. Une allée pour les personnes handicapées a également été conçue, ce qui aura une incidence sur la possibilité d’utiliser l’installation également pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant et facilitera l’accès des parents avec des poussettes. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la réduction de la pollution atmosphérique, ce qui permettra de réduire les émissions de gaz et de poussières nocifs dans l’atmosphère et d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes des Dorfzentrums in der Gemeinde Szubin Nr. 10. Das Gebäude ist ein freistehendes eingeschossiges Gebäude, teilweise Keller mit flachem Dach. Der Umfang der Arbeiten wurde aus dem Energieaudit übernommen – nach Analyse vieler Varianten auf der Grundlage der technischen Dokumentation, des technischen Zustands der Anlage und der Ausrüstung und der Möglichkeit der Verwendung von Thermomodernisierungslösungen Das geplante Projekt besteht in der Durchführung der folgenden Arbeiten:a) Ersatz des Kohlekessels für Biomasse mit automatischer Beladungsklasse 5,b) Erwärmung des Tufts mit Styropor und Dachabdeckung mit Wärmeversiegelung, C) Erwärmung der Außenwände mit Polystyrol, e) Erwärmung von Kellerwänden und Sockeln,f) Austausch von zwei Fenstern in neue,g) Austausch von zwei Paaren von Außentüren, Innentüren und Türen für Kabinen, h) Ausführung der begleitenden Arbeiten, d. h. Austausch von Blechbearbeitungen, Restaurierung von Treppen, Sanierung von Schornsteinschächten, Renovierung der Räume nach der Installation, Höhe, Anpassung des Heizraums. Im Kesselraum und WC wurde eine neue elektrische Anlage mit dem Austausch von Leuchtstofflampen und der Renovierung dieser Räume entworfen. Ein neues Kaltwassersystem wurde entwickelt und ein Wasserzähler-Kit installiert. Nützliches Wärmewasser wird von elektrischen Heizungen in der Küche und in der Toilette installiert. Außerdem wurde eine Einfahrt für Behinderte konzipiert, die die Möglichkeit der Nutzung der Einrichtung auch für Rollstuhlfahrer beeinträchtigen und Eltern mit Kinderwagen den Zugang erleichtern wird. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zur Verringerung der Luftverschmutzung beitragen, um die Emissionen schädlicher Gase und Stäube in die Atmosphäre zu verringern und die Energieeffizienz zu steigern. Het onderwerp van het project is de thermomodernisering van het gebouw van het dorpscentrum in gemeente Szubin nr. 10. Het gebouw is een vrijstaand, een verdiepingen tellend gebouw, deels kelder met een plat dak. De reikwijdte van de werkzaamheden is overgenomen uit de energieaudit — na analyse van vele varianten, op basis van technische documentatie, de technische toestand van de installatie en uitrusting en de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van thermomoderniseringsoplossingen Het geplande project zal bestaan uit de uitvoering van de volgende werkzaamheden:a) vervanging van de kolenketel voor biomassa door automatische ladingsklasse 5,b) Verwarming van de tuft met piepschuim en dakbedekking met warmteafdichting, C) Verwarming van buitenmuren met polystyreen, e) Verwarming van keldermuren en sokkels,f) Uitwisseling van twee ramen in nieuwe,g) uitwisseling van twee paar buitendeuren, binnendeuren en deuren voor hutten, h) uitvoering van begeleidende werken, d.w.z. vervanging van plaatbewerkingen, restauratie van trappen, renovatie van schoorsteenschachten, renovatie van ruimten na installatiewerkzaamheden, verhoging, aanpassing van de ketelruimte. Daarnaast wordt een scheiding van sanitair rioolsysteem en een nieuwe afvoerloze tank ontworpen. In de ketelruimte en het toilet is een nieuw elektrisch systeem ontworpen met de vervanging van fluorescentiearmaturen en de renovatie van deze ruimten. Er is een nieuw koudwatersysteem ontworpen en er is een watermeterset geïnstalleerd. Nuttig warmtewater zal worden bereid door elektrische kachels geïnstalleerd in de keuken en toilet. Er is ook een oprit voor gehandicapten ontworpen, die van invloed zal zijn op de mogelijkheid om de faciliteit ook voor mensen in een rolstoel te gebruiken en de toegang voor ouders met kinderwagens zal vergemakkelijken. Oggetto del progetto è la termomodernizzazione dell'edificio del centro del paese nel Comune di Szubin n. 10. L'edificio è un edificio indipendente, di un piano, in parte seminterrato con un tetto piano. La portata dei lavori è stata adottata dall'audit energetico — dopo aver analizzato molte varianti, sulla base della documentazione tecnica, dello stato tecnico dell'impianto e delle attrezzature e della possibilità di utilizzare soluzioni di termomodernizzazione Il progetto previsto consisterà nello svolgimento dei seguenti lavori:a) Sostituzione della caldaia a carbone per biomassa con carico automatico classe 5,b) Riscaldamento del ciuffo con polistirolo e copertura del tetto con termosaldatura, C) Riscaldamento delle pareti esterne con polistirolo, e) Riscaldamento di muri interrati e plinti,f) Scambio di due finestre in nuove,g) Scambio di due coppie di porte esterne, porte interne e porte per cabine, h) esecuzione dei lavori di accompagnamento, cioè sostituzione dei trattamenti in lamiera, restauro delle scale, ristrutturazione di alberi di camino, ristrutturazione di locali dopo lavori di installazione, elevazione, adeguamento del locale caldaia. Inoltre, è stata progettata una separazione del sistema fognario sanitario e un nuovo serbatoio senza drenaggio. Nel locale caldaia e nei servizi igienici è stato progettato un nuovo impianto elettrico con la sostituzione degli apparecchi fluorescenti e la ristrutturazione di questi locali. È stato progettato un nuovo sistema di acqua fredda e viene installato un kit di contatori dell'acqua. Acqua di calore utile sarà preparato da riscaldatori elettrici installati in cucina e toilette. È stato inoltre progettato un vialetto per disabili, che inciderà sulla possibilità di utilizzare la struttura anche per le persone in sedia a rotelle e faciliterà l'accesso per i genitori con carrozzine. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà alla riduzione dell'inquinamento atmosferico favorirà la riduzione delle emissioni di gas nocivi e polveri nell'atmosfera e l'aumento dell'efficienza energetica. El alcance del trabajo fue adoptado a partir de la auditoría energética — después de analizar muchas variantes, sobre la base de la documentación técnica, el estado técnico de la instalación y el equipo y la posibilidad de utilizar soluciones de termomodernización El proyecto previsto consistirá en llevar a cabo las siguientes obras:a) Reemplazo de la caldera de carbón para biomasa con clase de carga automática 5,b) Calentamiento del mechón con espuma de poliestireno y cubierta de techo con sellado térmico, C) Calentamiento de muros exteriores con poliestireno, e) Calentamiento de muros de sótano y zócalos, f) Intercambio de dos ventanas en unas nuevas, g) Intercambio de dos pares de puertas exteriores, puertas interiores y puertas para cabinas, h) ejecución de trabajos de acompañamiento, es decir, sustitución de tratamientos de chapa metálica, restauración de escaleras, renovación de ejes de chimenea, renovación de salas después de trabajos de instalación, elevación, adaptación de la sala de calderas. Además, se diseña una separación del sistema de alcantarillado sanitario y un nuevo tanque sin drenaje. En la sala de calderas y aseo, se ha diseñado un nuevo sistema eléctrico con la sustitución de luminarias fluorescentes y la renovación de estas salas. Se ha diseñado un nuevo sistema de agua fría y se instala un kit medidor de agua. El agua de calor útil será preparada por calentadores eléctricos instalados en la cocina y el inodoro. También se ha diseñado un camino de entrada para personas con discapacidad, lo que afectará a la posibilidad de utilizar las instalaciones también para personas en sillas de ruedas y facilitará el acceso de los padres con cochecitos. La ejecución del proyecto contribuirá a reducir la contaminación atmosférica y contribuirá a reducir las emisiones de gases y polvos nocivos a la atmósfera y a aumentar la eficiencia energética.
