Celem projektu jest zakup i uruchomienie linii montażowej SMT w skład której wchodzi automat montażowy JUKI KE3010 oraz piec do lutowania rozpływowego ERSA 3/20E. Wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii umożliwi montaż komponentów już od wielkości 01005, co wpłynie na miniaturyzację produktów, zwiększenia niezawodności, jakości i precyzji montażu oraz zwiększenia wydajności montażu. Realizacja projektu umożliwi:- produkowanie innowacyjnego czujnika położenia bramy opartego na technologii MEMS i komunikacji bezprzewodowej,- wdrożenie do produkcji super miniaturowych urządzeń radiowych pracujących w paśmie ISM - projekt odbiornika o bardzo małych gabarytach PIKO przeznaczonego do zdalnego sterowania automatyką bramową,- realizację projektowo-produkcyjną, systemu zarządzania chlewnią dla firmy Wesstron. System będzie innowacyjnym rozwiązaniem na rynku krajowym. Pozwoli na centralne zarządzanie chlewnią odpowiednie dozowanie pokarmu dostosowane do konkretnego zwierzęcia, kontrolę wentylacji, automatyczne ważenie i segregację zwierząt, kontrolę liczby zwierząt w sekcjach.Inwestycja realizowana w firmie Wnioskodawcy przyniesie szereg korzyści zarówno dla beneficjenta, jak i całego otoczenia. Pierwszym rezultatem realizacji projektu jest zakup innowacyjnych środków trwałych do montażu elementów elektronicznych. Wymienione elementy inwestycji pozwalają na osiągnięcie głównego celu projektu jakim jest podniesienie poziomu konkurencyjności oraz innowacyjności w przedsiębiorstwie oraz wdrożenie nowych produktów dla potrzeb klientów. Pozwoli to przyspieszyć realizację zamówień odbiorców, co stanie się powodem poprawy konkurencyjności firmy na rynku.Realizowane przedsięwzięcie zwiększy potencjał przedsiębiorcy, przyczyni się do zwiększenia przychodów ze sprzedaży, obniży jednostkowe koszty pracy wnioskodawcy oraz zwiększy jakość oferowanych usług w wyniku zastosowania nowoczesnego sprzętu o charakterze innowacyjnym. The aim of the project is to purchase and launch the SMT assembly line consisting of the JUKI KE3010 mounting machine and ERSA 3/20E flow soldering furnace. The implementation of innovative technology will enable the assembly of components from the size of 01005, which will affect product miniaturisation, increase reliability, quality and precision as well as increase assembly efficiency. The implementation of the project will enable:- production of an innovative sensor of the position of the gate based on MEMS technology and wireless communication,- implementation for the production of super miniature radio equipment working in the ISM band – design of a receiver with very small dimensions PIKO designed for remote control of gantry automation, – design and production, pigsty management system for Wesstron company. The system will be an innovative solution on the domestic market. It will enable central management of the pigsty appropriate animal-specific dosing, ventilation control, automatic weighing and segregation of animals, control of the number of animals in sections.The investment in the Applicant’s company will bring a number of benefits both for the beneficiary and for the whole environment. The first result of the project is the purchase of innovative fixed assets for the assembly of electronic components. These elements of the investment allow to achieve the main objective of the project, namely to increase the level of competitiveness and innovation in the company and to implement new products for customers’ needs. This will accelerate the execution of customer orders, which will be a reason for improving the company’s competitiveness on the market.The project will increase the entrepreneur’s potential, increase sales revenues, reduce the applicant’s unit labour costs and increase the quality of services offered as a result of the use of modern innovative equipment. L’objectif du projet est l’achat et la mise en service de la ligne d’assemblage SMT, qui comprend la machine d’assemblage JUKI KE3010 et le four à souder ERSA 3/20E. La mise en œuvre d’une technologie innovante permettra l’assemblage de composants de la taille 01005, ce qui affectera la miniaturisation des produits, augmentera la fiabilité, la qualité et la précision de l’assemblage et augmentera l’efficacité de l’assemblage. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra:- la production d’un capteur de position de porte innovant basé sur la technologie MEMS et la communication sans fil,- la mise en place d’appareils radio super miniatures fonctionnant dans la bande ISM — la conception d’un récepteur de très petites dimensions PIKO conçu pour le contrôle à distance de l’automatisation de la porte,- la mise en œuvre d’un système de conception et de production, un système de gestion d’élevage porcin pour Wesstron. Le système sera une solution innovante sur le marché intérieur. Elle permettra une gestion centralisée du dosage alimentaire approprié du porc adapté à un animal spécifique, le contrôle de la ventilation, la pesée automatique et la ségrégation des animaux, le contrôle du nombre d’animaux dans les sections. L’investissement réalisé par l’entreprise de la requérante apportera un certain nombre d’avantages tant pour le bénéficiaire que pour l’ensemble de l’environnement. Le premier résultat du projet est l’achat d’actifs fixes innovants pour l’assemblage de composants électroniques. Ces éléments de l’investissement permettent d’atteindre l’objectif principal du projet, qui est d’augmenter le niveau de compétitivité et d’innovation dans l’entreprise et de mettre en œuvre de nouveaux produits pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Le projet realisé permettra d’accroître le potentiel de l’entrepreneur, de contribuer à augmenter les recettes de vente, de réduire les coûts salariaux unitaires du demandeur et d’augmenter la qualité des services offerts grâce à l’utilisation d’équipements modernes de nature innovante. Ziel des Projekts ist der Erwerb und die Inbetriebnahme der SMT-Montagelinie, zu der auch die Montagemaschine JUKI KE3010 und der Reflow-Löfen ERSA 3/20E gehören. Die Einführung innovativer Technologie ermöglicht die Montage von Bauteilen aus der Größe von 01005, was die Miniaturisierung der Produkte beeinflusst, die Zuverlässigkeit, Qualität und Präzision der Montage erhöht und die Montageeffizienz erhöht. Die Umsetzung des Projekts ermöglicht:- die Produktion eines innovativen Gate-Positionssensors basierend auf MEMS-Technologie und drahtloser Kommunikation,- die Implementierung von Super-Miniatur-Funkgeräten, die im ISM-Band arbeiten – das Design eines Empfängers mit sehr geringen Abmessungen PIKO für die Fernsteuerung der Torautomation,- Implementierung eines Design- und Produktionssystems, ein Schweinefarm-Managementsystem für Wesstron. Das System wird eine innovative Lösung auf dem Inlandsmarkt sein. Es wird eine zentrale Verwaltung der geeigneten Futterdosierung des Schweines ermöglichen, die an ein bestimmtes Tier angepasst ist, Lüftungskontrolle, automatisches Wiegen und Segregation von Tieren, Kontrolle der Anzahl der Tiere in den Abschnitten.Die Investition im Unternehmen des Antragstellers bringt eine Reihe von Vorteilen sowohl für den Begünstigten als auch für die gesamte Umwelt. Das erste Ergebnis des Projekts ist der Erwerb innovativer Anlagegüter für die Montage elektronischer Bauteile. Diese Elemente der Investition ermöglichen es, das Hauptziel des Projekts zu erreichen, nämlich die Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Innovation im Unternehmen und die Einführung neuer Produkte für die Bedürfnisse der Kunden. Dies wird die Umsetzung von Kundenaufträgen beschleunigen, was der Grund für die Verbesserung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens auf dem Markt sein wird. Das realisierte Projekt wird das Potenzial des Unternehmers erhöhen, zur Steigerung der Umsatzerlöse beitragen, die Lohnstückkosten des Antragstellers senken und die Qualität der angebotenen Dienstleistungen durch den Einsatz moderner Geräte innovativer Art verbessern. Het doel van het project is de aankoop en inbedrijfstelling van de SMT-assemblagelijn, die de JUKI KE3010-assemblagemachine en de ERSA 3/20E-reflowsoldeeroven omvat. De toepassing van innovatieve technologie zal de assemblage van componenten van de grootte van 01005 mogelijk maken, die van invloed zijn op de miniaturisatie van producten, de betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en precisie van de assemblage zal verhogen en de assemblage-efficiëntie zal verhogen. De uitvoering van het project zal het mogelijk maken:- de productie van een innovatieve poortpositiesensor op basis van MEMS-technologie en draadloze communicatie,- de implementatie van super miniatuurradioapparaten die werken in de ISM-band — het ontwerp van een ontvanger met zeer kleine afmetingen PIKO ontworpen voor afstandsbediening van de poortautomatisering,- implementatie van een ontwerp- en productiesysteem, een varkenshouderijbeheersysteem voor Wesstron. Het systeem zal een innovatieve oplossing op de binnenlandse markt zijn. Het zal een centraal beheer mogelijk maken van de juiste voederdosering van het varken, aangepast aan een specifiek dier, ventilatiecontrole, automatische weging en segregatie van dieren, controle van het aantal dieren in de secties.De investering die in het bedrijf van de aanvrager wordt uitgevoerd, zal een aantal voordelen opleveren voor zowel de begunstigde als de hele omgeving. Het eerste resultaat van het project is de aankoop van innovatieve vaste activa voor de assemblage van elektronische componenten. Deze elementen van de investering maken het mogelijk de hoofddoelstelling van het project te verwezenlijken, namelijk het verhogen van het concurrentievermogen en de innovatie in de onderneming en het implementeren van nieuwe producten voor de behoeften van de klanten. Dit zal de implementatie van klantenorders versnellen, wat de reden zal zijn om het concurrentievermogen van het bedrijf op de markt te verbeteren. Het vernieuwde project zal het potentieel van de ondernemer vergroten, bijdragen aan het verhogen van de omzet, de arbeidskosten per eenheid van de aanvrager verlagen en de kwaliteit van de aangeboden diensten verhogen als gevolg van het gebruik van moderne apparatuur van innovatieve aard. L'obiettivo del progetto è l'acquisto e la messa in servizio della linea di assemblaggio SMT, che comprende la macchina di assemblaggio JUKI KE3010 e il forno di saldatura a riflusso ERSA 3/20E. L'implementazione di tecnologie innovative consentirà l'assemblaggio di componenti dalle dimensioni di 01005, che influenzeranno la miniaturizzazione dei prodotti, aumenteranno l'affidabilità, la qualità e la precisione dell'assemblaggio e aumenteranno l'efficienza del montaggio. L'attuazione del progetto consentirà:- la produzione di un innovativo sensore di posizione del cancello basato sulla tecnologia MEMS e la comunicazione wireless,- l'implementazione di dispositivi radio super miniaturizzati che lavorano nella banda ISM — la progettazione di un ricevitore di dimensioni molto ridotte PIKO progettato per il controllo remoto dell'automazione dei cancelli,- l'implementazione di un sistema di progettazione e produzione, un sistema di gestione delle aziende suinicole per Wesstron. Il sistema sarà una soluzione innovativa sul mercato interno. Esso consentirà una gestione centralizzata del dosaggio adeguato del suino adattato a uno specifico animale, il controllo della ventilazione, la pesatura automatica e la segregazione degli animali, il controllo del numero di animali nelle sezioni. L'investimento effettuato presso la società del richiedente porterà una serie di vantaggi sia per il beneficiario che per l'intero ambiente. Il primo risultato del progetto è l'acquisto di immobilizzazioni innovative per l'assemblaggio di componenti elettronici. Questi elementi dell'investimento consentono di raggiungere l'obiettivo principale del progetto, che è quello di aumentare il livello di competitività e innovazione nell'impresa e di implementare nuovi prodotti per le esigenze dei clienti. Questo accelererà l'esecuzione degli ordini dei clienti, che sarà la ragione per migliorare la competitività dell'azienda sul mercato. Il progetto rialzato aumenterà il potenziale dell'imprenditore, contribuirà ad aumentare i ricavi di vendita, ridurrà i costi unitari del lavoro del richiedente e aumenterà la qualità dei servizi offerti grazie all'uso di attrezzature moderne di natura innovativa. El objetivo del proyecto es la compra y puesta en marcha de la línea de montaje SMT, que incluye la máquina de ensamblaje JUKI KE3010 y el horno de soldadura de reflujo ERSA 3/20E. La implementación de tecnología innovadora permitirá el montaje de componentes del tamaño de 01005, lo que afectará a la miniaturización de los productos, aumentará la fiabilidad, la calidad y la precisión del montaje y aumentará la eficiencia del montaje. El sistema será una solución innovadora en el mercado nacional. Permitirá la gestión centralizada de la dosis adecuada de alimentación del cerdo adaptada a un animal específico, control de ventilación, pesaje automático y segregación de los animales, control del número de animales en las secciones. La inversión realizada en la empresa del solicitante aportará una serie de beneficios tanto para el beneficiario como para todo el medio ambiente. El primer resultado del proyecto es la compra de activos fijos innovadores para el montaje de componentes electrónicos. Estos elementos de la inversión permiten alcanzar el objetivo principal del proyecto, que es aumentar el nivel de competitividad e innovación en la empresa e implementar nuevos productos para las necesidades de los clientes. Esto acelerará la ejecución de pedidos de clientes, lo que será la razón para mejorar la competitividad de la empresa en el mercado. El proyecto reanudado aumentará el potencial del empresario, contribuirá a aumentar los ingresos por ventas, reducirá los costes laborales unitarios del solicitante y aumentará la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos como resultado del uso de equipos modernos de carácter innovador.
