Przedmiotowy projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z jednostkami samorządu terytorialnego z województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego z Bydgoską Agencją Rozwoju Regionalnego Sp. z o.o. oraz z Kujawsko-Pomorskim Samorządowym Stowarzyszeniem „Europa Kujaw i Pomorza”, które wyraziły chęć udziału we wskazanym projekcie. Partnerami będą miasta prezydenckie województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego, tj. Miasto Bydgoszcz ( upoważnienie Prezydenta Bydgoszczy dla BARR Sp. z o.o.), Gmina Miasta Toruń, Gmina-miasto Grudziądz, Gmina Miasto Włocławek, Miasto Inowrocław. Poprzez realizację przedmiotowego projektu planuje się zwiększenie rozpoznawalności województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego na mapie Polski i Europy, jako miejsca o wysokim potencjale inwestycyjnym oraz budowę marki gospodarczej województwa. Jednym z głównych celów jest zainteresowanie potencjalnych inwestorów ofertą gospodarczą województwa, co może przyczynić się do pozyskania inwestorów, którzy zainwestują swój kapitał na terenie województwa, a szczególnie na terenach partnerów projektu. Przedmiotem projektu jest uczestnictwo Lidera oraz partnerów projektu w targach, konferencjach o charakterze międzynarodowym krajowych jak również zagranicznych. Ponadto planowane jest promocja poprzez organizację m.in. kampanii biboardowej, wydarzeń promocyjnych w miastach partnerskich, kampanii telewizyjnej, promocji z wykorzystaniem międzynarodowych połączeń lotniczych oraz inne. Rezultatem takiej promocji będzie wzrost konkurencyjności gospodarczej, co może przyczynić się do wzrostu inwestycji na terenie województwa, terenach partnerów projektu. Należy podkreślić, iż przedmiotowy projekt jest w części kontynuacją projektu realizowanego w ramach Działania 5.5 RPO WK-P na lata 2007-2013 „Invest in Bit CITY. This project will be implemented in partnership with local government units from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship with the Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency and the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Local Government Association “Europe Kujaw and Pomerania”, which expressed their willingness to participate in the project. Partners will be the Presidential cities of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, i.e. City of Bydgoszcz (authorisation of the President of Bydgoszcz for BARR Sp. z o.o.), Municipality of Toruń, Municipality of Grudziądz, City of Włocławek, City of Inowrocław. Through the implementation of this project, it is planned to increase the recognition of Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship on the map of Poland and Europe, as a place with high investment potential and the construction of the economic brand of the voivodship. One of the main objectives is the interest of potential investors in the voivodship’s economic offer, which may contribute to attracting investors who will invest their capital in the voivodship, especially in the areas of project partners. The subject of the project is the participation of the Leader and project partners in trade fairs, conferences of international and international character. In addition, promotion is planned through the organisation of, among others, biboarding campaigns, promotional events in partner cities, television campaigns, promotions using international air services and others. The result of such promotion will be an increase in economic competitiveness, which may contribute to the increase of investment in the voivodship, the areas of the project partners. It should be emphasised that this project is partly a continuation of the project implemented under Measure 5.5 of the WK-P RPO for the years 2007-2013 "Invest in Bit CITY. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat avec les administrations locales de la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie avec l’Agence de développement régional Bydgoszcz Sp. z o.o. et l’Association des collectivités locales de Kujawsko-poméranie «Europa Kujawy i Pomerania», qui ont exprimé leur volonté de participer au projet. Les partenaires seront les villes présidentielles de la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie, i.e. Ville de Bydgoszcz (autorisation du président de Bydgoszcz pour BARR Sp. z o.o.), municipalité de Toruń, municipalité de Grudziądz, municipalité de Włocławek, ville d’Inowrocławaw. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de ce projet, il est prévu d’accroître la reconnaissance de la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie sur la carte de la Pologne et de l’Europe comme des lieux à fort potentiel d’investissement et de construire la marque économique de la voïvodie. L’un des principaux objectifs est l’intérêt des investisseurs potentiels pour l’offre économique de la voïvodie, qui peut aider à attirer des investisseurs qui investiront leur capital dans la voïvodie, en particulier dans les domaines des partenaires du projet. L’objet du projet est la participation du Leader et des partenaires du projet à des foires commerciales, à des conférences de nature internationale, nationales et étrangères. En outre, la promotion est prévue par l’organisation, entre autres, de campagnes de biboarding, d’événements promotionnels dans les villes partenaires, d’une campagne télévisée, d’une promotion sur les routes aériennes internationales et d’autres. Le résultat de cette promotion sera une augmentation de la compétitivité économique, qui peut contribuer à l’augmentation des investissements dans le territoire de la voïvodie, les zones des partenaires du projet. Das Projekt wird in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Regierungseinheiten der Woiwodschaft Kujawsko-Pomorskie mit der Regionalentwicklungsagentur Bydgoszcz Sp. z o.o. und dem Gemeindeverband Kujawsko-Pommern „Europa Kujawy i Pommern“ durchgeführt, die sich bereit erklärt haben, an dem Projekt teilzunehmen. Partner werden die Präsidentenstädte der Woiwodschaft Kujawsko-Pomorskie sein, d. h. Stadt Bydgoszcz (Autorisierung des Präsidenten von Bydgoszcz für BARR Sp. z o.o.), Gemeinde Toruń, Gemeinde Grudziądz, Gemeinde Włocławek, Stadt Inowrocławaw. Durch die Umsetzung dieses Projekts ist geplant, die Anerkennung der Woiwodschaft Kujawsko-Pomorskie auf der Karte Polens und Europas als Orte mit hohem Investitionspotenzial zu erhöhen und die wirtschaftliche Marke der Woiwodschaft aufzubauen. Eines der Hauptziele ist das Interesse potenzieller Investoren am wirtschaftlichen Angebot der Woiwodschaft, die dazu beitragen kann, Investoren zu gewinnen, die ihr Kapital in die Woiwodschaft investieren, insbesondere in den Bereichen der Projektpartner. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Teilnahme von Leader und Projektpartnern an Messen, Konferenzen internationaler Art, sowohl im In- als auch im Ausland. Darüber hinaus ist die Förderung u. a. durch die Organisation von Biboarding-Kampagnen, Werbeveranstaltungen in Partnerstädten, Fernsehkampagnen, Werbung auf internationalen Flugwegen und anderen geplant. Das Ergebnis dieser Förderung wird eine Steigerung der wirtschaftlichen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit sein, die zur Steigerung der Investitionen im Gebiet der Woiwodschaft, den Gebieten der Projektpartner, beitragen kann. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich bei dem betreffenden Projekt zum Teil um eine Fortsetzung des Projekts handelt, das im Rahmen der Maßnahme 5.5 des ROP WK-P 2007-2013 „Investitionen in Bit CITY“ durchgeführt wurde. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in samenwerking met lokale overheden van het woiwodschap Kujawsko-Pomorskie met het Regionaal Ontwikkelingsagentschap Bydgoszcz Sp. z o.o. en de Kujawsko-Pomeranian Local Government Association „Europa Kujawy i Pomerania”, die zich bereid hebben verklaard aan het project deel te nemen. Partners zijn de presidentiële steden van het woiwodschap Kujawsko-Pomorskie, d.w.z. Stad Bydgoszcz (machtiging van de voorzitter van Bydgoszcz voor BARR Sp. z o.o.), gemeente Toruń, gemeente Grudziądz, gemeente Włocławek, stad Inowrocław. Door de uitvoering van dit project is het de bedoeling de erkenning van het woiwodschap Kujawsko-Pomorskie op de kaart van Polen en Europa als plaatsen met een hoog investeringspotentieel te vergroten en het economische merk van het woiwodschap op te bouwen. Il progetto sarà attuato in collaborazione con le unità governative locali del Voivodato di Kujawsko-Pomerania con Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency Sp. z o.o. e l'Associazione degli enti locali Kujawsko-Pomerania "Europa Kujawy i Pomerania", che hanno espresso la loro disponibilità a partecipare al progetto. I partner saranno le città presidenziali di Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship, vale a dire. Città di Bydgoszcz (autorizzazione del presidente di Bydgoszcz per BARR Sp. z o.o.), comune di Toruń, comune di Grudziądz, comune di Włocławek, città di Inowrocław. Attraverso l'attuazione di questo progetto, si prevede di aumentare il riconoscimento del voivodato di Kujawsko-Pomorskie sulla mappa della Polonia e dell'Europa come luoghi ad alto potenziale di investimento e di costruire il marchio economico del voivodato. Uno degli obiettivi principali è l'interesse dei potenziali investitori per l'offerta economica del voivodato, che può aiutare ad attrarre investitori che investiranno il loro capitale nel voivodato, soprattutto nelle aree dei partner del progetto. Oggetto del progetto è la partecipazione del Leader e dei partner di progetto a fiere, conferenze di carattere internazionale, sia nazionali che estere. Inoltre, la promozione è prevista attraverso l'organizzazione, tra l'altro, di campagne di biboarding, eventi promozionali nelle città partner, campagna televisiva, promozione utilizzando rotte aeree internazionali e altri.
