Przedmiotem projektu "Moją przyszłość zaczynam już dzisiaj II" (PRO) realizowanego przez Gm. Kostomłoty od 1.X.2017 r. do 30.VI.2018 r. jest zapewnienie równego dostępu do wysokiej jakości działań edukacyjnych 92 uczniom/uczennicom (UCZ) Szkoły Podstawowej (SP) i Gimnazjum(G) w Kostomłotach (t. wiejski- kryt. premiuj.), które ma doprowadzić do podniesienia kompetencji klucz. w zakresie: nauk matem.-przyrodn., j. obcych (G), TIK a także do właściwych postaw 46 (22 ze SP i 24 z G) dziewczynek(DZ) i 46 (22 ze SP i 24 z G) chłopców(CH), co będzie miało przełożenie na ich przyszły sukces na rynku pracy. Wsparcie obejmie UCZ uzdoln. a także mających trudności w spełnianiu wymagań podst. programowej i w kontrolowaniu emocji. Rozwój kompet. adekwatnych do rynku pracy będzie także rezultatem doradztwa edukac.-zawod. w ramach SPinKa dla wszystkich uczestników (UP) oraz zajęć psychoedukac. dla UCZ z trudnościami. Podniesieniu kompetencji klucz. sprzyjać będzie wykorzystanie, dedykowanego dla młodzieży innowacyj. portalu do doradztwa edukac.-zawod. (www.eipd.pl) stworzonego w ramach POKL a także kontakt młodzieży z praktycznym wykorzystaniem wiedzy (wycieczki eduk., spotkania z przedsięb.). Duże znaczenie dla wzrostu kompetencji TIK UP i innych UCZ ze SP będzie miało wyposażenie pracowni komputerowej w SP w komputery w miejsce przestarzałego sprzętu. Potrzeba wsparcia dla obu placówek wynika z diagnoz obszarów deficytowych kompet. klucz. i przyczyn osiągania przez UCZ wyników słabszych niż średnia wojewódzka dokonanej przez kadrę a w przypadku SP także inwentaryzacji i analizy możliwości dalszego wykorzystania przestarzałej bazy TIK. Diagnozy potrzeb i deficytów przeprowadziła kadra pedag. szkół i zatwierdził je organ prowadzący. Dokument inwentaryzacyjny jest w dokumentacji SP. Wsparcie PRO będzie uzupełnieniem podobnych działań w SP i G do rozpoczęcia PRO i nie zmniejszy nakładów na podobne dział. z 12 mies. wcześniej. The project “My Future Starting Today II” (PRO) implemented by Gm. Kostomłota from 1.X.2017 to 30.VI.2018 is aimed at ensuring equal access to high-quality educational activities for 92 pupils/students (SP) and Secondary School(G) in Kostomłoty (i.e. rural-critical awards). the teachings of mathematicians.-natural, foreign (G), ICT and also to the right attitudes 46 (22 with SP and 24 with G) girls (DZ) and 46 (22 from SP and 24 with G) boys(CH), which will translate into their future success in the labour market. Support will include the student’s abilities, as well as those having difficulty in meeting the program’s requirements and in controlling emotions. The development of competencies appropriate to the labour market will also be the result of educational advice.-professional. as part of a cufflink for all participants (UP) and psychoedukac activities. for the University of Technology with difficulties. Improving the competence key will be facilitated by the use of an innovative portal dedicated to young people for educational advice.-professional. (www.eipd.pl) created within the framework of the POKL as well as the contact of young people with practical use of knowledge (educational trips, meetings with entrepreneurs). It will be important for the increase of competence of ICT UP and other UCZ from the SP to equip a computer lab with computers in place of obsolete equipment. The need for support for both institutions results from the diagnosis of deficit areas of competence. key. and the reasons for achieving lower results by the UCZ than the voivodship average made by the staff and in the case of the SP also inventory and analysis of the possibility of further using the outdated ICT base. A diagnosis of needs and deficits was carried out by the school staff and approved by the host body. The inventory document is in the SP documentation. Support PRO will complement similar activities in SP and G to start PRO and will not reduce spending on similar departments. with 12 months earlier. Le soutien comprendra l’étudiant talentueux ainsi que ceux qui ont des difficultés à satisfaire aux exigences du programme et à contrôler les émotions. Le développement de la compet. pertinente sur le marché du travail sera également le résultat de l’éducation de conseil.-professionnel. dans le cadre d’un lien pour tous les participants (UP) et les classes de psychoedukac. pour l’UCZ avec des difficultés. La clé sera favorisée par l’utilisation d’un innovateur dédié aux jeunes. portail de conseil éducatif.-professionnel. Le fait d’équiper le studio informatique SP d’ordinateurs en lieu et place d’équipements périmés sera d’une grande importance pour l’augmentation des compétences de PU TIC et d’autres SP. La nécessité d’un soutien pour les deux institutions tient au diagnostic des zones déficitaires de la clé et aux raisons pour lesquelles l’UCZ obtient des résultats plus faibles que la moyenne régionale réalisée par le personnel et, dans le cas du SP, un inventaire et une analyse de la possibilité d’utiliser davantage la base de données TIC obsolète. Le diagnostic des besoins et des déficits a été effectué par le personnel des écoles de pédagogie et approuvé par l’organe directeur. Le document d’inventaire se trouve dans la documentation de SP. Le soutien au PRO complétera des actions similaires en SP et G pour lancer le PRO et ne réduira pas les dépenses pour un service similaire à partir de 12 mois plus tôt. Das Projekt „My Future I Start Today II“ (PRO), das von der Gemeinde Kostomłoty vom 1.X.2017 bis zum 30.VI.2018 durchgeführt wurde, besteht darin, den gleichberechtigten Zugang zu qualitativ hochwertigen Bildungsaktivitäten für 92 Schüler (UCZ) Grundschule (SP) und Gymnasium(G) in Kostomłoty (d. h. ländlich-kritischer Bonus) zu gewährleisten, mit dem der Schlüssel zu Kompetenzen verbessert werden soll. mütterliche Wissenschaften, ausländische Wissenschaften (G), IKT und die richtigen Einstellungen von 46 (22 von SP und 24 von G) Mädchen (DZ) und 46 (22 von SP und 24 von G) Jungen (CH), die sich in ihren zukünftigen Erfolg auf dem Arbeitsmarkt niederschlagen werden. Die Unterstützung umfasst sowohl die talentierten Studenten als auch diejenigen, die Schwierigkeiten haben, die Anforderungen des Programmbodens zu erfüllen und Emotionen zu kontrollieren. Die Ausstattung des SP-Computerstudios mit Computern anstelle veralteter Geräte wird für den Ausbau der IKT-PUR und anderer SP von großer Bedeutung sein. Der Bedarf an Unterstützung für beide Institutionen ergibt sich aus der Diagnose von Defizitbereichen des Schlüssels und den Gründen, warum das UCZ schwächere Ergebnisse erzielt als der regionale Durchschnitt des Personals, und im Falle von SP auch eine Bestandsaufnahme und Analyse der Möglichkeit einer weiteren Nutzung der veralteten IKT-Datenbank. Die Diagnose von Bedürfnissen und Defiziten wurde vom Personal der Pedag-Schulen durchgeführt und von der leitenden Stelle genehmigt. Das Inventardokument ist in der Dokumentation von SP enthalten. Die PRO-Unterstützung wird ähnliche Maßnahmen in SP und G ergänzen, um das PRO zu starten, und wird die Ausgaben für ähnliche Abteilungen ab 12 Monaten nicht verringern. De PRO-ondersteuning zal een aanvulling vormen op soortgelijke acties in SP en G om de PRO te starten en zal de uitgaven voor soortgelijke diensten niet verminderen vanaf 12 maanden eerder. La diagnosi dei bisogni e dei deficit è stata effettuata dal personale delle scuole pedag e approvata dall'organo direttivo. Il documento di inventario si trova nella documentazione di SP. Il sostegno PRO integrerà azioni analoghe in SP e G per avviare il PRO e non ridurrà la spesa per servizi analoghi a partire da 12 mesi prima.
