Projekt dot.wdrożenia wyników samodzielnie przeprowadz. w I kw.2016r. prac B+R przez pracowników DETAL-MET,których efektem było opracowanie innowacyjnego produktu w postaci systemu/instalacji nawodnieniowych,składającej się z rury nawadniającej wraz z tulejami kroplującymi w specyfikacji i funkcjonalności opracowanej wg autorstwa DETAL-MET Sp. z o.o. tj. z dodatkiem nanocząsteczek srebra i/lub miedzi. Wyniki ww. badań, które zawarto w Raporcie z dn.28.03.2016r. potwierdziły zasadność i funkcjonalną użyteczność przyjętej przez Wnioskodawcę koncepcji technologicz. polegającej na uzupełnianiu podczas procesu produkcji ww. rur nawadniających (stanowiących zasadniczy element ww.systemu)głównego składnika produkcyjnego tj.polietylenu o nanocząst. srebra i/lub miedzi oraz ich rozprowadzaniu w całej objętości rury tj. w jej warstwie wewn. i zewn. Opracowanie powyższ. rozwiązania znalazło efekt poprzez złożony przez DETAL-MET w dn.13.10.2016r. do Urz.Patent. RP Wniosek o udziel. patentu na wynalazek (Zał.nr14.5doWn.odof.). Produkt poprzez swoje nowatorskie rozwiązania wprowadzi nowe właściwości funkcj. i użytk. w zakresie branży producentów instalacji nawadniających czyniąc DETAL-MET pierwszym/jedynym producentem tego rodzaju wyrobu na świecie,albowiem wcześniejsze rozpozn. rynku/branży wykazało,iż dotychczas tego rodzaju produkt w specyfikacji opracowanej przez Wnioskod. nie był w ogóle wytwarzany. Wobec powyższ. poprzez realizację projektu DETAL-MET zrealizuje cel w postaci wdrożenia wyników samodziel.prac B+R zakończonych zgłosz. patent. poprzez rozpoczęcie produkcji i wprowadzenie do oferty Firmy i na rynek ww. systemów nawadniających,które stanowią produkt innowacyjny w skali świata/kraju/woj.Kuj-Pom,spełniający warunek jego stosowania krócej niż 3 lata,co w konsekwencji spowoduje dywersyfikacji obecnie prowadz. działalności. W celu realizacji Projektu DETAL-MET dokona zakupu nowoczes. urządzeń (określ.w Zał.nr5 i sekcji H do Wn.odof.),co pozwoli wdrożyć ww. innowację. (Polish)

The project for implementing the results independently carried out R & D works by DETAL-MET employees in the first quarter of 2016, which resulted in the development of an innovative product in the form of a system/hydration installation consisting of irrigation pipe with drip sleeves in the specification and functionality developed by DETAL-MET Sp. z o.o., i.e. with addition of nanoparticles and silver. The results of the above-mentioned studies, which were included in the Report of 28.03.2016, confirmed the validity and functional usefulness of the technological concept adopted by the Applicant to complement the abovementioned irrigation pipes during the production process (constituting the essential part of the above-mentioned system) of the main production component i.e. nanoparticle polyethylene with silver and/or copper and distributing them throughout the tube volume, i.e. in its outer layers. The development of the above solution found the effect through DETAL-MET filed on 13.10.2016 to Urz.Patent. RP Application for patent on the invention (Zał.nr14.5doWn.odof.). The product, through its innovative solutions, will introduce new functionalities and performance in the industry of irrigation plant manufacturers, making DETAL-MET the first/one producer of this kind of product in the world, since earlier market/industry has shown that so far this product in the specification developed by the Application. has not been manufactured at all. In view of the above, through the implementation of the DETAL-MET project, it will achieve the objective of implementing independent results. the R & D work of completed patent applications. by starting production and introducing to the Company’s offer and on the market irrigation systems, which constitute an innovative product in the world/country/woo.Kuj-Pom, which meets the condition of its use for less than 3 years, which will result in diversification of current activity. Le projet de mise en œuvre des résultats réalisera des travaux de R & D réalisés par les employés de DETAL-MET au premier trimestre 2016, qui ont abouti au développement d’un produit innovant sous la forme d’un système/installation d’irrigation consistant en un tuyau d’irrigation avec manchons goutte-à-goutte dans les spécifications et les fonctionnalités développées selon DETAL-MET Sp. z o.o., c’est-à-dire avec l’ajout de nanoparticules d’argent et/ou de cuivre. Les résultats des études susmentionnées, qui ont été incluses dans le rapport du 28 mars 2016, ont confirmé la validité et l’utilité fonctionnelle du concept technologique adopté par la requérante, consistant à compléter, au cours du processus de production, les tuyaux d’irrigation susmentionnés (qui constituent un élément essentiel du système susmentionné) du principal composant de production, à savoir le polyéthylène avec des nanoparticules d’argent et/ou de cuivre et leur distribution dans l’ensemble du volume du tuyau, c’est-à-dire dans ses couches intérieures et extérieures. Le développement de la solution ci-dessus a eu un effet par le biais de la communication de DETAL-MET le 13.10.2016r. à Urz.Patent. RP Demande de brevet pour une invention (Zał. nr14.5doWn.odof.). Grâce à ses solutions innovantes, le produit introduira de nouvelles propriétés fonctionnelles et utilisables dans le domaine des fabricants de systèmes d’irrigation, faisant de DETAL-MET le premier/unique fabricant de ce type de produit dans le monde, pour le marché/industrie antérieur, a montré que ce type de produit n’a pas été fabriqué du tout dans les spécifications développées par la demande. Compte tenu de ce qui précède, grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet DETAL-MET, il atteindra l’objectif de mettre en œuvre les résultats de l’autosuffisance. Travaux de R & D complétés avec la demande de brevet. En commençant la production et en introduisant les systèmes d’irrigation susmentionnés à l’offre de l’entreprise et sur le marché, qui est un produit innovant dans le monde/pays/voivodie.Kuj-Pom, remplissant la condition de son utilisation pendant moins de 3 ans, ce qui entraînera la diversification des opérations actuelles. Das Projekt zur Umsetzung der Ergebnisse wird im 1. Quartal 2016 F & E-Arbeiten von DETAL-MET-Mitarbeitern durchführen, die zur Entwicklung eines innovativen Produkts in Form einer Bewässerungsanlage/Anlage, bestehend aus einem Bewässerungsrohr mit Tropfhülsen in der Spezifikation und Funktionalität, die nach DETAL-MET Sp. z o.o. entwickelt wurde, d. h. mit der Zugabe von Silber- und/oder Kupfer-Nanopartikeln, führte. Die Ergebnisse der oben genannten Studien, die in den Bericht vom 28. März 2016 aufgenommen wurden, bestätigten die Gültigkeit und den funktionellen Nutzen des vom Antragsteller angenommenen technologischen Konzepts, das darin besteht, während des Produktionsprozesses die oben genannten Bewässerungsrohre (die ein wesentliches Element des oben genannten Systems sind) der Hauptproduktionskomponente zu ergänzen, d. h. Polyethylen mit Silber- und/oder Kupfer-Nanopartikeln und deren Verteilung über das Rohrvolumen, d. h. in seinen Innen- und Außenschichten. Die Entwicklung der oben genannten Lösung hat durch die von DETAL-MET am 13.10.2016r. an Urz.Patent eingereichte Wirkung einen Effekt gefunden. RP Anmeldung eines Patents für eine Erfindung (Zał. nr14.5doWn.odof.). Das Produkt wird durch seine innovativen Lösungen neue Funktions- und Usability-Eigenschaften im Bereich der Bewässerungsanlagenhersteller einführen, so dass DETAL-MET zum weltweit ersten bzw. einzigen Hersteller dieser Art von Produkten wird, denn der frühere Markt/Industrie hat gezeigt, dass diese Art von Produkt in der von der Applikation entwickelten Spezifikation überhaupt nicht hergestellt wurde. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird es durch die Umsetzung des DETAL-MET-Projekts das Ziel erreichen, die Ergebnisse der Eigenständigkeit umzusetzen. F & E-Arbeiten mit der Patentanmeldung abgeschlossen. Durch die Inbetriebnahme und Einführung der oben genannten Bewässerungssysteme in das Angebot des Unternehmens und auf den Markt, das ein innovatives Produkt in der Welt/Land/Woiwodschaft ist.Kuj-Pom, der die Bedingung seiner Nutzung für weniger als drei Jahre erfüllt, wird die Diversifizierung der laufenden Geschäftsbereiche zur Folge haben. Zur Durchführung des DETAL-MET-Projekts werden moderne Ausrüstungen (gemäß Anhang Nr. 5 und Abschnitt H bis Wn.odof) erworben, die die Umsetzung der oben genannten Innovation ermöglichen. (German)

Het project voor de implementatie van de resultaten zal O & O-werkzaamheden uitvoeren door medewerkers van DETAL-MET in het eerste kwartaal van 2016, wat resulteerde in de ontwikkeling van een innovatief product in de vorm van een irrigatiesysteem/installatie bestaande uit een irrigatieleiding met druppelhulzen in de specificatie en functionaliteit ontwikkeld volgens DETAL-MET Sp. z o.o., d.w.z. met toevoeging van zilver en/of koper nanodeeltjes. De resultaten van de bovengenoemde studies, die zijn opgenomen in het verslag van 28 maart 2016, bevestigden de geldigheid en het functionele nut van het door de aanvrager gehanteerde technologische concept, dat erin bestond tijdens het productieproces de bovengenoemde irrigatiebuizen (die een essentieel onderdeel van het bovengenoemde systeem vormen) van de belangrijkste productiecomponent aan te vullen, d.w.z. polyethyleen met zilver- en/of kopernanodeeltjes en de verdeling ervan over het volume van de pijp, d.w.z. in de binnen- en buitenlagen. De ontwikkeling van de bovenstaande oplossing vond een effect via de door DETAL-MET op 13.10.2016r. aan Urz.Patent. RP Aanvraag voor een octrooi voor een uitvinding (Zał. nr14.5doWn.odof.). Het product zal, door zijn innovatieve oplossingen, nieuwe functionele en bruikbaarheidseigenschappen op het gebied van fabrikanten van irrigatiesystemen introduceren, waardoor DETAL-MET de eerste/alleen fabrikant van dit type product ter wereld is, want de eerdere markt/industrie heeft aangetoond dat dit type product helemaal niet is vervaardigd in de specificatie die door de applicatie is ontwikkeld. In het licht van het bovenstaande zal het door de uitvoering van het DETAL-MET-project het doel bereiken om de resultaten van zelfredzaamheid te implementeren. O & O-werkzaamheden voltooid met de octrooiaanvraag. Door de productie te starten en de bovengenoemde irrigatiesystemen in te voeren in het aanbod van het bedrijf en op de markt, wat een innovatief product is in de wereld/land/voivodeship.Kuj-Pom, voldoet aan de voorwaarde van het gebruik ervan voor minder dan 3 jaar, wat zal resulteren in de diversificatie van de huidige activiteiten. Met het oog op de uitvoering van het DETAL-MET-project zal zij moderne apparatuur aanschaffen (zoals gespecificeerd in bijlage nr. 5 en sectie H tot en met Wn.odof.), waarmee bovengenoemde innovatie kan worden uitgevoerd. Il progetto di implementazione dei risultati effettuerà lavori di R & S da parte dei dipendenti di DETAL-MET nel primo trimestre 2016, che hanno portato allo sviluppo di un prodotto innovativo sotto forma di un sistema di irrigazione/installazione costituito da un tubo di irrigazione con manicotti a goccia nelle specifiche e funzionalità sviluppate secondo DETAL-MET Sp. z o.o., cioè con l'aggiunta di nanoparticelle d'argento e/o rame. I risultati dei suddetti studi, inseriti nella Relazione del 28 marzo 2016, hanno confermato la validità e l'utilità funzionale del concetto tecnologico adottato dal Richiedente, consistente nell'integrare durante il processo produttivo i suddetti tubi di irrigazione (che costituiscono un elemento essenziale del suddetto sistema) della principale componente produttiva, vale a dire polietilene con nanoparticelle d'argento e/o rame e loro distribuzione in tutto il volume dei tubi, cioè negli strati interni ed esterni. Lo sviluppo della soluzione di cui sopra ha trovato un effetto attraverso il presentato da DETAL-MET il 13.10.2016r. a Urz.Patent. RP Domanda di brevetto per un'invenzione (Zał. nr14.5doWn.odof.). Il prodotto, attraverso le sue soluzioni innovative, introdurrà nuove proprietà funzionali e di usabilità nel campo dei produttori di sistemi di irrigazione, rendendo DETAL-MET il primo/unico produttore di questo tipo di prodotto al mondo, per il mercato/industria precedente ha dimostrato che questo tipo di prodotto non è stato fabbricato affatto nelle specifiche sviluppate dall'Applicazione. Alla luce di quanto sopra, attraverso l'attuazione del progetto DETAL-MET, si raggiungerà l'obiettivo di implementare i risultati dell'autosufficienza. Il lavoro di ricerca e sviluppo completato con la domanda di brevetto. Con l'avvio della produzione e l'introduzione dei suddetti sistemi di irrigazione all'offerta dell'azienda e al mercato, che è un prodotto innovativo nel mondo/paese/voivodeship.Kuj-Pom, soddisfacendo le condizioni di utilizzo per meno di 3 anni, che si tradurrà nella diversificazione delle operazioni in corso. Ai fini dell'attuazione del progetto DETAL-MET, acquisterà attrezzature moderne (come specificato nell'allegato n. 5 e nella sezione H del Wn.odof.), che consentiranno l'attuazione della suddetta innovazione. El proyecto de ejecución de los resultados llevará a cabo trabajos de I+D por parte de los empleados de DETAL-MET en el primer trimestre de 2016, lo que dio lugar al desarrollo de un producto innovador en forma de sistema de riego/instalación consistente en una tubería de riego con manguitos de goteo en la especificación y funcionalidad desarrollada de acuerdo con DETAL-MET Sp. z o.o., es decir, con la adición de nanopartículas de plata o cobre. Los resultados de los estudios anteriormente mencionados, incluidos en el Informe de 28 de marzo de 2016, confirmaron la validez y utilidad funcional del concepto tecnológico adoptado por el solicitante, consistente en complementar durante el proceso de producción las tuberías de riego antes mencionadas (que son un elemento esencial del sistema mencionado) del componente principal de producción, es decir, polietileno con nanopartículas de plata o cobre y su distribución en todo el volumen de tubería, es decir, en sus capas interiores y exteriores. El desarrollo de la solución anterior encontró un efecto a través de la presentada por DETAL-MET el 13.10.2016r. a Urz.Patent. Solicitud de patente para una invención (Zał. nr14.5doWn.odof.). El producto, a través de sus soluciones innovadoras, introducirá nuevas propiedades funcionales y de usabilidad en el campo de los fabricantes de sistemas de riego, haciendo DETAL-MET el primer/único fabricante de este tipo de producto en el mundo, para el mercado/industria anterior ha demostrado que este tipo de producto no ha sido fabricado en absoluto en la especificación desarrollada por la Aplicación. En vista de lo anterior, a través de la ejecución del proyecto DETAL-MET, logrará el objetivo de implementar los resultados de la autosuficiencia. Trabajos de I+D completados con la solicitud de patente. Al iniciar la producción e introducir los sistemas de riego antes mencionados a la oferta de la Empresa y al mercado, que es un producto innovador en el mundo/país/voivodato.Kuj-Pom, cumpliendo con las condiciones de su uso durante menos de 3 años, lo que dará lugar a la diversificación de las operaciones actuales.
