Projekt obejmie swym zasięgiem 116 (w tym 84 kobiety) studentów studiów stacjonarnych PSW na kierunkach Ekonomia (I i II stopień) oraz Rachunkowość i Finanse (I stopień). Są to osoby mające deficyty kompetencyjne utrudniające lub nawet uniemożliwiające im podjęcie zatrudnienia w zawodzie. Projekt ma za zadanie podnieść ich kompetencje zawodowe, komunikacyjne, przedsiębiorcze, informatyczne i analityczne zgodnie z wymaganiami stawianymi przez współczesny rynek pracy. Każdy ze studentów objętych projektem będzie mógł indywidualnie wybrać w jakich zajęciach chce uczestniczyć. W ramach projektu realizowane będą warsztaty i certyfikowane szkolenia (dot. kompetencji: zawodowych, informatycznych, komunikacyjnych, przedsiębiorczych i analitycznych), zajęcia organizowane wraz z otoczeniem gospodarczym (dot. kompetencji: zawodowych) oraz współpraca z instytucjami zagranicznymi (dot. kompetencji: zawodowych, komunikacyjnych) (KD11). Indywidualny dobór zajęć dla poszczególnych uczestników umożliwia kompleksowe i wielowymiarowe wzmocnienie ich potencjału na rynku pracy. Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci badaniem poziomu kompetencji na początku udziału w projekcie oraz na jego zakończenie. Po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie uczestnicy będą objęci monitoringiem losów absolwentów przez 12 miesięcy, w trakcie którego będzie kontrolowany poziom wykonania wskaźnika dotyczącego 40% absolwentów uczelni, którzy w ciągu 6 miesięcy po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie kontynuowali kształcenie lub podjęli zatrudnienie (KD12). The project will cover 116 (including 84 women) students of PSW’s full-time studies in Economics (I and II) and Accounting and Finance (I degree). They are persons with competence deficits that hinder or even prevent them from taking up employment in the profession. The project aims to improve their professional, communication, entrepreneurial, IT and analytical competences in accordance with the requirements of the modern labour market. Each of the students covered by the project will be able to choose individually what classes they want to participate in. As part of the project, workshops and certified trainings will be carried out (for competences: professional, IT, communication, entrepreneurial and analytical activities, activities organised together with the economic environment (for competences: professional) and cooperation with foreign institutions (for competences: professional, communication) (KD11). Individual selection of classes for individual participants enables a comprehensive and multidimensional strengthening of their potential on the labour market. Project participants will be included in the examination of the level of competence at the beginning of and at the end of the project. After the end of participation in the project, participants will be subject to the monitoring of graduates’ fate for 12 months, during which the level of implementation of the indicator for 40 % of university graduates who continued education or employment within 6 months after the completion of the project will be monitored (KD12). Le projet couvrira 116 étudiants à temps plein (dont 84 femmes) du PSW en économie (I et II) et en comptabilité et finances (premier diplôme). Il s’agit de personnes souffrant de déficits de compétences qui rendent difficile, voire impossible, l’accès à l’emploi dans la profession. Le projet vise à améliorer leurs compétences professionnelles, en matière de communication, d’entrepreneuriat, d’informatique et d’analyse, conformément aux exigences du marché du travail moderne. Chacun des étudiants concernés par le projet pourra choisir individuellement les classes auxquelles il souhaite participer. Le projet réalisera des ateliers et des formations certifiées (compétences: activités professionnelles, informatiques, de communication, entrepreneuriales et analytiques), activités organisées conjointement avec l’environnement économique (compétences: professionnelle) et la coopération avec les institutions étrangères (compétences: professionnel, communication) (KD11). La sélection individuelle des cours pour les participants individuels permet un renforcement complet et multidimensionnel de leur potentiel sur le marché du travail. Les participants au projet seront soumis à un test de compétence au début et à la fin du projet. À la fin de leur participation au projet, les participants seront inclus dans le suivi du sort des diplômés pendant 12 mois, au cours desquels le taux de mise en œuvre de 40 % des diplômés universitaires sera surveillé, qui ont poursuivi leurs études ou leur emploi (KD12) dans les 6 mois suivant la fin de leur participation au projet. Das Projekt umfasst 116 (einschließlich 84 Frauen) Vollzeitstudierende der PSW in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (I und II) sowie Buchhaltung und Finanzen (erster Abschluss). Dabei handelt es sich um Personen mit Qualifikationsdefiziten, die es ihnen erschweren oder gar unmöglich machen, eine Beschäftigung im Beruf aufzunehmen. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, ihre fachlichen, kommunikativen, unternehmerischen, IT- und analytischen Kompetenzen entsprechend den Anforderungen des modernen Arbeitsmarktes zu verbessern. Jeder der vom Projekt abgedeckten Studierenden kann individuell auswählen, an welchen Klassen sie teilnehmen möchten. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Workshops und zertifizierte Schulungen durchgeführt (Kompetenzen: berufliche, IT, Kommunikation, unternehmerische und analytische Tätigkeiten), gemeinsam mit dem wirtschaftlichen Umfeld organisiert (Kompetenzen: fachlich) und Zusammenarbeit mit ausländischen Institutionen (Kompetenzen: Professional, Kommunikation) (KD11). Die individuelle Auswahl der Klassen für einzelne Teilnehmer ermöglicht eine umfassende und multidimensionale Stärkung ihres Potenzials auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Die Projektteilnehmer werden zu Beginn und am Ende des Projekts einem Kompetenztest unterzogen. Am Ende ihrer Teilnahme am Projekt werden die Teilnehmer 12 Monate lang in die Überwachung des Schicksals der Hochschulabsolventen einbezogen, in deren Verlauf die Umsetzungsquote von 40 % der Hochschulabsolventen überwacht wird, die innerhalb von 6 Monaten nach Ende ihrer Projektteilnahme eine weiterführende Ausbildung oder Beschäftigung (KD12) absolvieren. Het project zal betrekking hebben op 116 (waarvan 84 vrouwen) voltijdse studenten van de PSW in de economie (I en II) en boekhouding en financiën (eerste graad). Dit zijn mensen met een tekort aan vaardigheden die het voor hen moeilijk of zelfs onmogelijk maken om in het beroep te gaan werken. Het project heeft tot doel hun professionele, communicatie-, ondernemende, IT- en analytische competenties te verbeteren in overeenstemming met de eisen van de moderne arbeidsmarkt. Elk van de studenten die onder het project vallen, zal individueel kunnen kiezen in welke klassen ze willen deelnemen. Het project zal workshops en gecertificeerde opleidingen (competenties: professionele, IT-, communicatie-, ondernemings- en analytische activiteiten), activiteiten die samen met de economische omgeving worden georganiseerd (competenties: beroepsbeoefenaar) en samenwerking met buitenlandse instellingen (competenties: professional, communicatie) (KD11). Individuele selectie van klassen voor individuele deelnemers maakt een uitgebreide en multidimensionale versterking van hun potentieel op de arbeidsmarkt mogelijk. De deelnemers aan het project worden aan het begin en aan het eind van het project onderworpen aan een competentietest. Aan het einde van hun deelname aan het project worden de deelnemers gedurende 12 maanden opgenomen in het toezicht op het lot van afgestudeerden, gedurende welke het uitvoeringspercentage van 40 % van de universitair afgestudeerden zal worden gemonitord, die binnen zes maanden na afloop van hun deelname aan het project onderwijs of werk hebben voortgezet. Il progetto coprirà 116 (comprese 84 donne) studenti a tempo pieno del PSW in Economia (I e II) e Contabilità e Finanza (primo grado). Si tratta di persone con deficit di competenze che rendono difficile o addirittura impossibile per loro accedere a un'occupazione nella professione. Il progetto mira a migliorare le proprie competenze professionali, comunicative, imprenditoriali, informatiche e analitiche in base alle esigenze del moderno mercato del lavoro. Ciascuno degli studenti interessati dal progetto sarà in grado di scegliere individualmente a quali classi intendono partecipare. Il progetto realizzerà workshop e formazioni certificate (competenze: attività professionali, informatiche, di comunicazione, imprenditoriali e analitiche), attività organizzate insieme al contesto economico (competenze: professionale) e cooperazione con istituzioni straniere (competenze: professionale, comunicazione) (KD11). La selezione individuale delle classi per i singoli partecipanti consente un rafforzamento globale e multidimensionale del loro potenziale sul mercato del lavoro. I partecipanti al progetto saranno sottoposti a un test di competenza all'inizio e alla fine del progetto. Al termine della loro partecipazione al progetto, i partecipanti saranno inclusi nel monitoraggio del destino dei laureati per 12 mesi, durante i quali sarà monitorato il tasso di attuazione del 40 % dei laureati che proseguiranno gli studi o l'occupazione (KD12) entro 6 mesi dalla fine della loro partecipazione al progetto. El proyecto abarcará a 116 (incluidas 84 mujeres) estudiantes a tiempo completo del PSW en Economía (I y II) y Contabilidad y Finanzas (primer grado). Se trata de personas con déficit de competencias que les hacen difícil o incluso imposible acceder a un empleo en la profesión. El proyecto tiene por objeto mejorar sus competencias profesionales, de comunicación, empresariales, informáticas y analíticas de acuerdo con las exigencias del mercado laboral moderno. Cada uno de los estudiantes cubiertos por el proyecto podrá elegir individualmente en qué clases quieren participar. El proyecto llevará a cabo talleres y formaciones certificadas (competencias: actividades profesionales, informáticas, de comunicación, empresariales y analíticas), actividades organizadas conjuntamente con el entorno económico (competencias: profesional) y cooperación con instituciones extranjeras (competencias: profesional, comunicación) (KD11). La selección individual de clases para participantes individuales permite reforzar su potencial en el mercado laboral de forma global y multidimensional. Los participantes en el proyecto serán sometidos a una prueba de competencia al principio y al final del proyecto. Al final de su participación en el proyecto, los participantes serán incluidos en el seguimiento de la suerte de los graduados durante 12 meses, durante los cuales se supervisará la tasa de ejecución del 40 % de los graduados universitarios, que continuaron la educación o el empleo (KD12) dentro de los 6 meses siguientes al final de su participación en el proyecto.
