Celem głównym projektu /P jest wzrost zatrudnienia 80 osób niepełnosprawnych /ON, 36 kobiet /K i 44 mężczyzn /M, w wieku 18-29 rż., bez pracy (osoby bierne zawodowo lub osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w urzędzie pracy), nie uczestniczących w szkoleniu i kształceniu (zg. z def. NEET), oraz tzw. ubogich pracujących, osób zatrudnionych na umowach krótkoterminowych lub cywilnoprawnych, zatrudnionych lub zamieszkałych na terenie woj. mazowieckiego (Warszawa, subregion warszawski wschodni i zachodni) w okresie 03.2019-08.2020. Cel realizowany będzie przez objęcie uczestników projektu (UP) indywidualnym i kompleksowym programem aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej:1) Opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania - diagnoza i opracowanie IPD2)Zindywidualizowane wsparcie specjalistyczne:-doradztwo zawodowe-pośrednictwo pracy- wsparcie indywidualne i grupowe trenera pracy3) szkolenia zawodowe 4) staże zawodowe5) instrumenty rynku pracy skierowane do osób niepełnosprawnych i wsparcie towarzyszące - tłumacz języka migowego- asystent osobisty osoby niepełnosprawnej- refundacja kosztów opieki nad osobami zależnymi.Uczestnicy szkoleń i staży będą mieli zagwarantowane stypendia oraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu.Rezultaty projektu zakładają m.in.:- wzrost umiejętności psychospołecznych u minimum 65% UP- wzrost umiejętności związanych z aktywnym poszukiwaniem pracy u minimum 70% UP- wzrost kwalifikacji potwierdzonych certyfikatem u minimum 50%UP- wzrost doświadczenia zawodowego u minimum 60% UP biorących udział w stażach- osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla ON na poziomie min. 39%- osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zawodowej na poziomie min. 27%. The main objective of the project/P is to increase the employment of 80 disabled persons/ON, 36 women/K and 44 men/M, aged 18-29, without a job (inactive persons or unemployed persons not registered in the employment office), not participating in training and education (measurement of NEET def.), and so-called poor workers, persons employed under short-term or civil contracts, employed or residing in the western part of the region, in the region of 08 to 08. L’objectif principal du projet/P est d’augmenter l’emploi de 80 personnes handicapées/ON, 36 femmes/K et 44 hommes/M, âgés de 18 à 29 ans, sans emploi (personnes inactives ou sans emploi non inscrites au bureau de l’emploi), ne participant pas à la formation et à l’éducation (par rapport au NEET déf.), et les personnes dites pauvres au travail, employées sur des contrats de courte durée ou de droit civil, employées ou résidant dans la voïvodie de Mazowieckie (région de Varsovie orientale et occidentale) au cours de la période 03.2019-08.2020. Hauptziel des Projekts/P ist die Erhöhung der Beschäftigung von 80 Menschen mit Behinderungen/ON, 36 Frauen/K und 44 Männern/M im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren ohne Arbeit (nicht erwerbstätige oder nicht bei der Arbeitsverwaltung registrierte Personen), die nicht an der Ausbildung und Ausbildung teilnehmen (im Vergleich zur NEET-Def.) und der sogenannten Armen im Erwerbsleben, Personen mit kurzfristigen oder zivilrechtlichen Verträgen, beschäftigt oder wohnen in der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie (Unterregion Warschau, Ost- und West Warschau) im Zeitraum 03.2019-08.2020. Das Ziel wird erreicht, indem die Teilnehmer des Projekts (UP) mit einem individuellen und umfassenden Programm der beruflichen und bildungsbezogenen Aktivierung abgedeckt werden: 1) Ausarbeitung eines individuellen Aktionsplans – Diagnose und Entwicklung von IPD2)Individualisierte spezialisierte Unterstützung:-professionelle Beratung/Arbeitsvermittlung – Einzel- und Gruppenunterstützung eines Berufsausbilders3) Berufsausbildung 4) Praktika5) Arbeitsmarktinstrumente für Menschen mit Behinderungen und begleitende Unterstützung – Gebärdensprachler – persönlicher Assistent von Behinderten – Erstattung der Kosten für Pflegebedürftige und Praktika werden Stipendien und Praktika garantiert.
